Has to wait 35 minutes for takeaway avo on toast purely because of inadequate ability to communicate between staff ( the bag for takeaway was wrong so they didn't communicate what was in the bag) a simple 'what is this order?' would have saved us a literal half an hour and that's just simply RIDICULOUS. Two of three coffee's were so bad they couldn't be consumed. However the initial service and the order for the almond milk coffee was actually amazing! Do better coffee club x See less

I vistited Wynnum Coffee Club on Saturday the 24th of April at 2pm. I ordered Nachos without Guacamole but with extra Sour Cream. My food arrived with a fairly small amount of Sour Cream (what I’d imagine to be the standard serving) I thought I’ll see how I go & ask for extra if I need it. There was the tiniest amount of melted cheese & salsa which was on the top in the centre leaving 90% of the corn chips with nothing on them. I spoke to one of the staff & she advised she could give me more cheese however it wouldn’t be melted (which wasn't very appealing), I told her not to worry about. I mentioned the lack of sour cream & she did bring me extra which was pointless unless I wanted to just eat plain corn chips dipped in Sour Cream. I told her it was the worst Nachos I’ve had in terms of the amount of toppings. Her response was “I’m sorry”. She said due to COVID they couldn’t take the dish back however no offer to replace my meal. I ended up leaving with the majority uneaten. Very disappointed, won’t be back! See less

Highly recommended! Love going to Coffee Club at Wynnum, especially for breakfast on a weekend, the food is fabulous but the service is exceptional! The owner & new Manager are such a benefit to this store, always ready for a chat.......😃 See less

Always very friendly staff. The new manager is great! Have been here roughly 15 times over the past few years and feel the food has gotten smaller in portion sizes while the price has gone up. However, continue to come back for the food service. See less

At the counter the staff member kept asking the same question at least 3 times what we wanted to order. We ordered 2 hot drinks which came in good time, all I wanted was a fresh (not toasted) sandwich with ham, tomato, cheese , a little onion with butter and my friend a slice of cheese cake. I got a fresh bread with melted cheese on the ham sightly cooked and just like last time no butter. The cheese cake did not arrive, my friend had to stand in line again, my friends was not offered an apology or explanation, the counter staff said he would get her cheese cake. The 2 stars are for the drinks and the chips. No stars for the service, incorrectly made sandwich and cheese cake which was paid for but never came with out a reminder. See less

Honestly, best service, amazing hospitality, the staff were so kind, the owner/boss John is very interactive with his customers and it was great chatting with him, he was amazing and made me feel as if i was eating at home! I ordered the chicken parmi and chips, alobg with a chocolate thickshake and my gods were they tasty!! Best tomato relish sauce on the crispy yet juicy chicken. The thick shake was cheap yet absolutely delicious, i had to get a second one! The chips with the parmi were perfectly seasoned too 😍 10 stars out of 5 definitely taking my little brother here See less
