Long wait time. I was supposed to get my food in 30mins as the staff mentioned during the order taking. However, I get my food pretty late and waited about 45 minutes instead of 30mins. I was unable to apply my coupon from the coffee club app. The coffee needs to be improved, it didn't taste as good as I used to get before. See less

Went in for lunch service was great until the manager came over and was rude to not only us but also the employee that was just trying to do her job properly all because of one little mistake with drinks ordered even though it was not the waitresses fault at all but instead another customers. Didn’t bother to speak to us politely but rather came over spoke like an animal and then made the waitress very upset. See less

My wife and I had coffee and a snack here hoping it had improved since our last visit. Coffees were slopped in the saucer and cold. The toasted sandwich had bread so ridiculously thick you couldn’t taste any filling. How hard is it to make a decent sandwich and coffee? See less

Told me after I had ordered and paid for my food that they close at 2pm and it was 1.46pm lady behind counter probably should not be working in hospitality My bacon looked like it has been put in a microwave no colour in sight and just basically a bad experience all round See less

Waited to order only to find out by watching other patrons l was on the wrong side, not one employee bothered to tell me. Staff appear to be undertrained, dont listen to order. Had to ask for cutlery 4 times. Pancakes were actually pikelets. Will not go back there again See less

We had lunch on Monday Christmas Day public holiday. Not many places were open to eat in town. Service and food were ok. Spacious indoor dining and we didn’t wait too long for our meal. See less

Extremely disappointing the customer service was poor to none the person at the cash register had no idea what he was doing the food quality was trash waited over 50min and had to ask 2 times for our food and they didn't have half the place filled. by the end of it we had a few bits and wouldn't feed that to our dog and left would NOT!!! recommend going here. Clean looking space friendly staff. Vegetable omelette really nice, chorizo overcooked, coffee ok, cheese cake stale and almost inedible Uodate: Being a local, I have been back since this day described above. Don't bother! Coffee terrible - milky, cold. I ordered an omelette again - disgusting. Couldn't eat it really and I'm not fussy! It seems to be the hang out for the local older folks in Baccus Marsh and it might be all right if you only order a takeaway coffee. However, we didn’t have a good experience at this cafe on our way to Halls Gap. We waited more than 30min for our food while the place didn’t seem to be busy at all. The sweet potatoes were nearly burnt. We ordered the chicken and sweet potato salad, which hardly had any dressing on it. The service was really bad too. Staff didn’t seem to care much. See less

absolute horrible experience! We had to wait 45+ minutes for food when the place was only 1/3 full and once received the scrambled eggs were over cooked dry and rubbery, bacon was slimy and food was terrible in general. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, even argued and tried to refuse a refund when we asked. Complete waste of time and money, definitely not worth going there ever.... I wish I could give 0 stars because 1 is to good for them See less
