Worst dining experience I’ve had in a very long time. Wait time for food was about 45 minutes when it arrived no apology and the order was wrong, when we did get our correct order it was stone cold and undercooked. Food was so bad I ended up only eating the toast which was toasted on one side and cold and stale on the other. Paid $24 to eat cold toast if I could give this place no stars I would See less

Service was absolutely horrendous! No greeting at the registers just a blank expression. Wait time for the food was even worse. But it was Sunday we just assumed there were alot of orders to get through. When our food finally arrived after half an hour, it was cold and undercooked. Coffee was burnt. Will never go to this location again, Gungahlin is always incredible and they are a busier restaurant!! See less

The wait time is ridiculous. It's been over 30 minutes since ordering and I'm still sitting here with my partner waiting for our food. Not one team member has approached us to apologise about the wait. Going to go up and get a refund now. Would not recommend. See less
