Well this coffee club franchise needs a massive shake up with customer service. Gave this place a second chance & still can't deliver customer service. Ordered a side with sauce & did not receive the sauce. When asked for the sauce, was questioned like a criminal & asked if I'd paid for it. Dockets had to be taken off spike to check. Also asked for spoons to stir coffee & they never arrived. Lost us. Come on Dobinsons, open to give this place a run for its money. See less

Absolute joke! 3pm on a Sunday afternoon of a long weekend, no menus available, when asking staff, informed " we are only serving chips now". Ridiculous business ethics! See less

Went there at 1 42 and was not served until 2.16 When enquired I was told there computer was not working. Also people comming after me were served first. I had to cancell the order to avoid paying parking fees. The guy just gave the money back with no remorse or apology. See less

My breakfast this morning was beyond shocking. Ordered the corn and zucchini fritters which were doughy and tasteless. My poached egg was completely boiled through and hard. The food was cold and the smashed avo was a joke. Thoroughly disappointing. See less

This morning my family and I, seven of us went to the Coffee Club Gungahlin for brunch on the 28th February, 2021. We have ordered 7 dishes and 7 drinks at 11:30am. Every dishes and drinks ,came except the kids meal which is the kids size Avo toast with hash brown. One of the waiters has been told the issue and he has informed the kitchen about it. However, the kids meal has still not arrived for 45 minutes wait since we order when the rest of the table already finished their meal. We didn’t have a choice but to request a refund for the kids meal. The front-of-house staff named Koby has been informed the problem and he talked to his manager named Katrina. Katrina told us the meal has been sent out and her attitude was unfriendly. It was not until one of my family member came to the counter to confirm that the meal wasn’t received and that I expressed my disappointment, she finally apologized. Very disappointed and definitely not coming back. See less

Can be crammed during peak times and service is not the quickest, but I’m a regular visitor & have never had an issue with food or drink served. Price is very reasonable (especially with the vip card program & app) & good table space for children See less
