They seem understaffed? Went for an after school treat with the kids. Ordered an ice coffee which really wasn’t great and a stale croissant. $15 later, felt ripped off and disappointed. Also, agree with other reviews that it does look dirty and not as good as it used to be. I am sure and I hope with a bit of effort and attention to detail they can improve as it’s in a great location with so much potential.

I went there with a friend for lunch. The food was ok but we couldn't believe how run down and grotty it was. Every lounge had rips and stains and the menus didn't look like they had been wiped over. Hygiene seems to be lacking at the tables. I think the woman at the register could have been a bit more pleasant too. I will go elsewhere for a catch up lunch in future!

Terrible. Dirty and disgusting. Mug came all dirty with dark marks from outside. Ice cream was half melted and moving around the cake. Do not go there.

I've had coffee here before, usually to accompany my newspaper. Yesterday, Thursday 14 Jan 2021, I had a coffee here at about 11am and settled down with the paper. After I had finished my drink and while I was still working on my paper a waiter approached to ask if I had finished my drink and if I wanted anything else. No thank you, I replied and continued to read the paper. To my surprise he came back a little later and told me that because two new customers needed a table he would like me to move to another place in the café, a request which surprised me a great deal as I felt that I was within my rights to stay where I was. I glanced around and didn't notice any free places to sit, other than tables where other customers were seated and somehow I thought that they would not welcome a stranger at their table. So I decided to leave the café and now will think very carefully about ever returning.

Ordered 2 coffee's and asked for 2 glasses for water. Staff member grabbed 2 glasses that were used by someone else and quickly rinsed it through cold water without using any soap or detergent. Absolutely disgusting! Lastly, the table we set down was full of dishes and they kept ignoring. Its too obvious that they dont train their staff and hire young staff to save money. Definitely not returning here...

We have not eaten here for quite some time, but remember the food as being very good. At first glance, it is obvious that this establishment has had a change of ownership. We waited nearly forty minutes for two serves of bacon, eggs and tomato....Fried eggs, flipped and cooked hard when not requested. Poached eggs, not cooked through and taste of vinegar. Bacon, the texture of leather. Fried tomato, stone cold....We will not eat at this place again and do not recommend it.
