Compared to other locations this coffee club is stingy on the portion size. Burger and chips come out looking like a kids meal. Anything to maximise profit I suppose.

When i lived in Epping i went to the Coffee club everyday, Since moving to Melton i tried the Coffee Club here and its just no good. The coffee is bitter, the service is very very slow..they have the same 3-4 young staffers and they always have a good chat to everyone, meanwhile people are waiting out the door..which i wouldnt mind if the coffee was great but its not. Blax Coffee which is in coles is much better and cheaper.

Ok thought I’d have a coffee so stopped at Coffee Club, well it was the worst coffee I have ever had no body just warm milk that tasted horrible won’t be going back.

Normally The coffee club has lovely staff and food but he Staff on today (Sunday morning) was very rude and food was terrible. Online it says that the cafe opens at 9:30am but we "werent allowed to sit down" until we could guess when they actually opened even though the cafe looked opened and ready to serve. Another group tried sitting and the same was said to them in a rude way. The staff was rude to everyone and food wasn't good. Normally it's great

Absolute pathetic customer service, asked for a coffee to dine in got served in takeaway Small coffee for $4.20 plus $.60 surcharge what a ripoff $4.85 for a coffee

Arrived at cofffee club for breakfast sign out front saying wait to be seated so we waited and waited while staff were busy walking past not one person acknowledged us! at one point looks like the owner even walked out the shop past us still waiting ! eventually we walked off !! now having a great coffee and brekky at Daganis restaurant poor service coffee club

Meal was amazing as always wasn't overly inprest with the service we have been going there for breakfast and lunch since opening one the weekend today I asked for a half serve for breakfast and was told due to covid that I couldn't get it I asked the question why is it that the Bacchus marsh store was more than happy

Amazing food! Good staff! Nice location in the shopping centre! Recommend trying the chocolate thickshake! Coffees are amazing (mocha is amazing) A must eat in for breakfast or lunch!

Good coffee; very good and angry barista; I can feel the anger in coffee. 5 Stars for the coffee and no stars for service. Efpos paypas is not working doesn't mean you can get angry with customers and smashing table number. Was with little one otherwise situation could be different.
