What can I say ……wow The lovely lady Manager on duty was professional service was extraordinary and pizza was the best in the area, fresh topping and plenty of it and cooked to perfection. It’s not often you go somewhere and you’re treated like you’re in their own home, even our children commented on how friendly the waitress staff are. The man we think may have been the owner, was so accomodating to our son and made us feel so welcome. We are really impressed, food was incredible and we will be back. See less

Horrible to say the least, gnocchi is just cheese with some pumpkin. The pizza 🤮 you can taste that they just defrosted it. And the Moroccan lamb is so tough we had to send it back, dry crusty bits not from the pan. Groove train is known for its bland food, but this is unbeatable. See less

very average food and coffee. The waitress forgot to tell the chef about our dessert order. When we reminded them after a very long time, they prepared the dessert quickly and brought it out, the result was an underbaked calzone with Nutella on one side only. waste of 16 dollars See less

If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolutely terrible. We waited over an hour for our food and when it came out, the burger was cold and was nothing to what I have had at other groove trains. Atrocious. Save your money and go somewhere else. Highly do not recommend. See less

Reasonably good food, some dishes are slightly on the expensive side. Restaurant is able to cater for large groups via booking and has ample seating space inside and outside. Outdoors has heating and wind sheilds for the winter months. See less

The service was good but unfortunately everything else was sub-par. Especially the chips and ribs was particularly bad. If they use hotter oil for the chips and double fry it, it will most likely make it better. As for the ribs, need to cook it must longer so it falls off the bones. That was my expectation anyway from a restaurant. Edit: came here one more time (after the change of management). Service was good but unfortunately the food is still not great. 2 adults and 2 kids, costed more than $100. See less

Service is attentive and waiting staff who served me at the table were friendly. The hot chocolate and cappuccino were really nice. At the moment the dessert options are only what’s in the display fridge, so small cheesecakes mostly. The chocolate lava cake was delicious but I found the caramel cheesecake to be a bit dense. Congrats to the owners, wait staff and chefs for bringing all aspects of the Groove Train experience together. For a number of years my family has enjoyed dining at various Groove Train restaurants. The spacious COVID safe processes in place made me feel welcome and reassured about dining out again. We found the wait staff to be responsive and the food we ordered was cooked just the way we expected. If you like coffee and ice cream, do yourself a favour and order an Affogato to round off your experience. We’ll be regulars for sure. See less
