So unprofessional. Called to chase up an online order and they lied to me twice about its status then cancelled on their end abruptly after a 90 min wait. Could hear them laughing and arguing with one another in the background. No interest whatsoever in me as a customer or service. Will never order or visit again. A disappointed once loyal customer, I think it must have changed hands as it has really gone downhill. Think again before ordering from here! See less

Awesome food only ever had takeaway but can not fault this place. Food is always fresh and full of flavour. Would recommend if you like hot curry’s as the vindaloo tastes exactly as it should. Have tried a lot of dishes and have not been disappointed once yet. Keep up the good work. See less

I have to say I've been here many times but the last 3 times the quality of service has significantly plummeted. Never order delivery (especially from menu log) we ended up on a three way phone call with Chelsea and menu log and had to pick up the meal 2 hours later - NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT EITHER 🤣 and the phone call... don’t get me started. Bc we love the food we had to go back, but this time we decided to go straight for pickup to avoid the hassle but the lady at the front counter said that someone else took our order... 🤔 I bet she just forgot to place it. Here goes another two hours of my life. See less

Missing a whole butter chicken. Young lady argued with me over the phone and proclaimed she packed the bag and it was in there. Can’t recommend! Food wasn’t great and the butter chicken tasted like Campbells condensed tomato soup and not like butter chicken at all. See less

Fist ever one star review. Today I ordered a Chicken Biryani and a Seafood Chilly Curry. Biryani was 3/5 but the curry is not value for the money spent($21). 2/3 of the container is filled with gravy and tomato slices. Seems the curry is off from the microwave (pre cooked, frozen). I have been to many Indian restaurants, but this is the first single star takeaway ever. Sorry this is my honest opinion ! Readers FYI : Charge extra $0.15 for a takeaway shopping bag to the bill. Took 1.5 hrs to arrive, it was cold. I called restaurant they said next time order through Uber eats !! As Menulog are always slow on delivery 😡 I said I might get food poisoning from food they said sorry!! Never again . Can anyone recommend a new Indian Restaurant please. See less

My partner order food from this restaurant and was meant to be delivered within 60 minutes but we have been waiting for about an hour and a half and the courier still hasn’t collected the food. I gave them a call to ask how long it’s gonna take and they replied ‘’It’s not our problem, call menu log”. The lady on the phone was very rude. She said we have nothing to do with this if your food hasn’t got delivered, call menu log and she hung up on me. We will never buy food from here again and would not recommend to anyone. Staff need more training and they need to learn how to talk professionally to customers. I wish if I could give zero stars to this bunch of unprofessional people. See less

I have to say I've been here many times but the last 3 times the quality of food and service has seriously decreased. The atmosphere is either completely quiet (like literally no-one in the restaurant on a Friday or Saturday night) or so loud you can't hear the person opposite you. The most recent time, it took 1 hour for 1 entree to be cooked (we were one of two tables), another 30 minutes for mains. When the mains arrived they were cold and tasteless - we went to add salt to our food to find it was sugar!! The staff didn't understand or care about our concerns, simply reheating our food in the microwave!! (come on, use an oven, you're a kitchen) and handing us salt (not to mention our food was ruined with sugar) and still charged us full price. We sadly won't be returning and we will be telling everyone not to come. See less

Great food but be careful if you have allergies... we ordered and specifically requested no cashews (or to let us know if this was/wasn’t possible). Got home and was just about to start eating when we got a call from the restaurant saying two of our dishes contained cashews! 2 minutes later and it would have probably been a trip to the hospital... we all enjoyed the meal though (except our daughter who had to sit that one out!)
