Loved the desserts and the smiles from the staffs. One thing I would like to mention is that how a staff were carried plates and bowls to customers. I was worried if the food was going to fall out of the plates while it was getting to tables. It would make the place a lot nicer if this could be addressed and trained staffs a bit more in that perspective. Other than that it was great! See less

Perfect. I live in Richmond and I’ll take this place over the inner city cafes any day. Friendly staff, and the food is made with love by a talented chef; every bite has got that ‘bit extra’ that it’s so hard to find. A proper gem. See less

Amazing Coffee and food. Staff are super friendly. Hayden always checks on you when you come in and makes you feel welcome. Monica has got some superior coffee / barista skills. All others make great coffee too. We go to this cafe very often. What an amazing place right here in Wyndham Vale. See less

Waited for a while to order when I was informed that wait staff would check certificate and show me to a table. Went there and showed my certificate and the response from the staff was "sit down" as he walked off. When I asked where his response was a monosyllabic "anywhere". The staff proceeded to serve two other customers and ignored us sitting on a table. That is when I left. There was no greeting and no customer service displayed. So disappointed as I was looking forward to having a good local Cafe but that is not the case. See less

Check in is compulsory. The ambiance is on point with friendly staff. They also have Vegan , Gluten free and Vegetarian meals. Suggestion: it would be great if you guys could serve the food little early. See less

I was surprised at the cost/size of a Matcha Latte, it was $6.0 for a small size. Imo having had matcha lattes in many cafes around Melbourne, this was the most expensive for no changes added to it and it was the small size. I waited over 12 mins for the drink too which was quite long for a takeaway. The barista was very considerate and noticed my wait. Attentive barista which was great, but the price of $6.00 for a small is imo overpriced. I was hesitant on trying this cafe for a long time because it is a franchise cafe but decided to that day. 😊 See less

The seafood fettuccini had undercooked mussels which my patner was cracking open to eat and was ridiculously greasy for a pasta look at the bowl i told the worker she said she would let the manager know and come back to me just to walk off and lie about that. Service was poor ordered a milkshake food came out we had asked multiple times for the drink it came out after we ate our lunch Very very very disappointed in the device and food quality. Uncooked seafood can cause health threats. See less

Had a great breakfast experience! Haden was the one who assist us and was very accommodating and friendly! Such a gem! Food was nice and ambiance was great. It’s our dog’s 7th so they gave us a cake with candle. It’s very special. Will come back again! See less
