Customer service definitely needs improving, even if you’re on your own in there you can still acknowledge you have a customer and even say
“Hi will be with you in a minute”
Not look and then turn your back on them.
Just remember it takes nothing to smile. I’ve never bought anything because I have never been acknowledged so I just simply walk away. Every time I walk past they seem like they have grumpy pants on. I’ve even noticed other people walking away for the same reason. Doesn’t take much to make a customer feel welcomed See less
