Good coffee and friendly staff. A small cafe, it can get a bit noisy at busy times. You can study and use a laptop or ipad. They make my Latta not too hot. Atleast we can sit at a table inside the Cafe. See less

The food is delicious especially the egg and bacon and chicken schnitzel roll. Only annoying thing is that the food wasn’t visible from outside the store - I would have been buying this delicious food for years if I had known it was there. See less

Excellent Customer Service~ Staff are always Friendly & Helpful. always try to remember customer orders if you are frequent/regular Friendly atmosphere Fantastic Coffee Never had any bad experiences with the coffee Amazing Food The sandwiches and Focaccias are the best! Toasting option is available. a constant variety of food is available (Pies and sausage-rolls too) want something sweet? they have amazing Muffins, Tarts and Cakes available. My fav is the Orange and Poppi seed cake. You can sit down at a table to drink your coffee (please see in-store for covid restriction details..) Easy to Grab food & coffee whilst on the Go I recommend this Coffee Shop ~ 5 Stars See less

They make a really good coffee and the older male is super lovely! However I presume it’s a family business as I have seen the two, I presume kids (still adults) running it. These guys are very unprofessional and are always mucking around in the kitchen with very little eye contact and not very nice service. Last time I was greeted by “I’ll be back I needa wee”. The man who I presume actually owns the cafe is lovely :) See less

Wonderful staff and customer service, I should be done this review a while ago but I have to applaud the time they took care of me whilst heavily pregnant and I lost $$$ from the ATM machine and couldn't pay for my coffee at the time. My visit was nice and pleasant. Staff was friendly. I was given my order at the table. Their coffee is not bad at all. Service here is more like “your community” feel and that amounts more to me than a grand services cafe. See less

I order a small latte with no sugar the man replies 1 sugar and I replied no sugars, shortly after I received my latte I walk out of the shop I take a few sips and immediately I can taste sugar in my coffee. very disappointed! I can taste the potential in the coffee beans but the sugar is too overpowering. See less

their there are some girls that serve lukewarm coffee and their two girls in particular that are very loud and very rude ..and one of them is actually one that's very skinny glasses has recently just started and sings when making coffee talks loud the outher girl wears cloths as she has picked up auto of a pile of cloths un ironed. Let's make one thing clear first , they don't have a huge varieties. BUT， the focaccia I had is one of the best in Melbourne , and the little cake is nice . Coffee is not the best but still a 4 stars (close to 5) , tea was nice and given generous amount in loose leaf form not bags. P.s. where the hack is the CASH only comment from ? I paid by card yesterday . And last but not least , staff( all) were very friendly and helpful ! THANK YOU ~ See less

New staff even more rude than the old ones. Opening times get shorter every day - it's clear the staff want to get out if there ASAP. Supposedly open 'til around 4-4.30, but good luck getting anything other than takeaway coffee after 3pm! By 3pm, all cakes etc have been packed away and toaster is off. It's a tiny cafe but apparently takes around 2 hours to 'pack up'. You can sit and enjoy staff sweeping under tour very feet from 2pm onwards. Pathetic. See less
