This place look nice and trivia game is cool.place is with so much potential but oh my gush food! Its horible and just because of food I will never come back again. This was terbile experience and you definitely have to change a chef. When you change it I will be first to give you chance again and come back.. how can you destroy even fries!?!? Been to the market hotel a few times. Went for a function once and it was great with the beer garden and pool table. Alan one of the managers was great, involved all of the guests and was a champ. Also been just for drinks and the bartenders were all great. Foods nice drinks are better and the Carlton there goes off with the tanks. Just a nice noun I wished I’d discovered earlier. See less

Went to The Market Hotel for an event yesterday, and the bartender Alan was especially awesome. He allowed us to make our own drinks, giving us specific instructions on how to do so. Alan also had a great sense of humour. Thanks for the great 'bartender' experience, Alan! See less

Went there last night for a birthday and the place was great. Alan was our bartender, and he made the party even more fun by being interactive and joining in with our fun. There was also a great selection of drinks at the bar for us, with heaps of range. I would definitely recommend this place for any functions or events you may have. See less

What a place! What a beer selection, what a menu! I had one of their loaded dogs, and it was literally covered in amazing sauce and required multiple serviettes to clean up the wreckage, but oh my god was it amazing. Had a great afternoon here, even had the chance to reminisce about the amazing Aussie invention, goon of fortune! (which they have set up!), I however stuck to the pints and was loving the great selection of different beers on tap. See less

Thank you to the Market Hotel team for accommodating us all yesterday! Booked a weekday team lunch here and Siobhan and the team were super communicative, friendly and professional throughout the booking and preorder process. Everyone was complimentary about their meals. The burgers here are phenomenal. Looking forward to returning to try everything from the menu! This is a great spot for a casual feed with friends. Random stop over for a cold beer on a hot summer's day. It's an awesome vibe in the establishment. Plenty of games to play whilst chilling out having a drink. Add one of their amazing burgers too! Definitely worth a visit See less
