At airport at 5.15 am to be told she does not open till. 5.30. Happy to sit and wait. To my surprise 2 men walked up not 5 minutes later. The staff member had no problem smiling and serving them. Maybe I didn't have the right equipment to b ed served and smiled at. What a rude end to a wonderful holiday. Maybe this lady needs another job. See less

If I could have stared it less I would over $11 each for a Corona X2 and $12.75 or a baguette and then a charge for using my card, and $40 dollars later I'm appalled they can do this to people how awful for the staff who are clearing embarrassed when serving for the rip off they have to sell, wouldn't be surprised if the poor loves will be out of a job as can't see the business doing well, absolute robbery you should be ashamed See less

Its a good thing that it's near to the car rental where we need to wait buuuut THE coffe was bland and the sausage roll is still very cold inside even though its hot outside. See less

Food was so bad. Bacon and egg baguette was $10 for a hard dry bun with old rubbery overcooked egg and stale dry bacon. Coffee was ok and staff were friendly. See less

The service is poor you feel like they're doing you a favour by serving you, the tables always need cleaning even when they're not too busy, they need competition and hopefully they'll improve or sell to someone who wants to do it. See less

Had a meal here before a flight; sadly the burger had a very thin piece of chicken that wasn't heated right the way through and had a hard / stiff texture. The chips looked like they had been sitting in the Bain Marie for days. Not recommended. See less

The Market Place cafe sucks When I was ordering they didn’t pay attention and I was just waiting for 5min to get Long black so ridiculous. One of the staff even said to me “if u wanna order, right over there.” So i said “ I already ordered and i didnt get my coffee yet.” and they just make coffee after i said. They didn’t remember what i ordered. Also, other people who ordered after me already got coffee. Yeah they said sorry but their face looks not sorry. So terrible. Thanks for giving me bad experience on Honeymoon ;) See less

Got charged full price for half a chicken caesar wrap. Staff refused to confirm with manager about the serving size- when I got through security, chicken wrap was going for the same price for two halves. See less

worst service ever had in Hobart rude as .my wife was having egg and spinach ，plastic fork snapped and cut her fingers ，we spoke to the waiter or the owner suggest them to use other cutlery instead of plastics，he said he cant do anything about it ，its not like we want anything from you mate .imagine its little kids were using it wont let yous get away that easy. Very rude, got asked to leave within 2 minutes of sitting down on the grounds that we had not ordered anything. We hadn’t ordered anything YET thanks, but we certainly weren’t going to order anything after how we were spoken to. Let me know how that business practice pans out if you can still afford the internet. See less

Staff were friendly enough, but the coffee was horrible :-/ The milk was way too hot; burnt my mouth on the first sip. It's a pity too because 'The Market Place' at the Brisbane domestic terminal is actually pretty good. See less

Staff are rude, refused to cook an item from the breakfast menu even though it was well before the cut off time, the coffee was burnt and piping hot, the milk tasted reheated so it was incredibly bitter tasting (not to mention I burnt my tongue!) The worst value for coffee at 4.50 for a small cup!! Disgusting!! See less
