Ordered from Melting Chilli many times over the last few years. Service and delivery has always been remarkably fast. Food quality has always been good, but sometimes hit and miss, once or twice super oily, things like that. Our recent order was excellent. Ordered 3 curries and my family inhaled them. We have eaten from all the Indian restaurants in our area many times and this latest offering from Melting Chilli was up there. And it is the CHEAPEST out of all of them. Can't beat the price. Never seems particularly busy, but the food is really good! The curries are full of flavour and the samosas to start are incredible. The lamb is so good too. Compared with other Indian restaurants the price is really good value. Probably the best Indian restaurant we've tried. See less

Cheerful and nice. Some interesting different dishes. Staff friendly and offered good suggestions. Maybe would go a bit spicier next time. Good value and also takeaway available. BYO wine is ok. But fully licensed. Beer and wine reasonably priced. See less

A little bit of a coast style Indian.. Aesthetics not great but service and food was great. Amazing prices. Chef is good. Family business and local young teens employed for customer service and waiting on tables. Byo wine. Definitely feels like money well spent. See less

Food was great. Not Europeanised Indian but authentic style. So Butter Chicken was not like any we have had in Australia, but exactly like that served in India! My favourite resturant on the coast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. See less

Since discovering the restaurant through Groupon we have been frequent dinners. The food is delicious the Butter Chicken, the Goat Curry, the Prawn Malabar and the Naans are soft..Yummy!!! Why are the poppadoms bendy? Why is the butter chicken weirdly sour & really dark. The lamb has no taste, it's like it's been washed. I'm really suss about the lamb quality. We wouldn't eat it. A shame. There must be a few different cooks. Go to the Copperpot instead. See less

Food is extremely good. Service is alright. That's for the dine in experience. As for the takeaway, it should not deliver takeaway food if they are under staffed. Food was delayed by 2 hours on one given weekend when was promised 1 hour delivery time. See less
