I frequent this place every weekend and get great customer service and delicious coffee. However, today I encountered a really rude staff who presumed I had over taken someones spot and instead of asking me nicely if the customer behind me was there before me, he just ignored me and served the gentleman behind me. The gentleman behind me told him i was indeed there before him and when I asked him Did you ignore me because you thought I had cut in the line he straight-out said, "Yes I did" and didn't offer any apology. This boy was just plain rude and really needs to learn some etiquette and customer service skills. He seemed to only want to serve people who are white skin when he himself is not white skin. Such a racist. See less

Drove over to get a turkey panini as the last one I had from there was delicious, todays was dry and stale, the rocket was all wilted, probably yesterday’s leftovers. Won’t be risking that again for $10. See less

Coffee is nice but won't be coming here again. Looking through the comments I can see there are a few already regarding staff behaviour. Have been in a few times, as I can always appreciate people having a bad day - but the staff here are consistently rude. Plenty other coffee shops around providing really great customer service so why bother with this place. See less

Bought a sausage roll for 8 dollars, thinking wow. It must be a super jumbo sausage roll. Got it and it was the size of one of those mini 7-eleven snack sausage rolls. It tasted nice but for real? 8 dollars? No thank you. See less

I'm absolutely disgusted as I was out with friends having coffee when I was asked to leave by the manager purely because her mother is married to my ex husband. I have never had a cross word with this person and i certainly did not do anything wrong. My friends and I have been having coffee here since it opened and I am a local so I will have to make others wary of this disgraceful unprofessional behaviour. You never ever mix personal life with business and am still at a wonder as to what exactly I did wrong by sitting outside having my coffee. I have several witnesses. I will not be returning and nor will my friends. See less
