Pizza's were okish, but they messed up the order. Ordered 3 pizza's, got 2 as ordered, and the other went to the bin, not ordered. The third pizza had mushrooms on it and I'm allergic to that. Really 2 outa 3 aint bad they recon but I'd give them only 2/5, just. See less

We have ordered two pizzas from there and found them to be the best in the area. First pizza we had it was soggy in the middle and the second one the garlic bread had been left out by the system, but we were compensated with a free pizza, so that was nice. overall very happy with this place. Horrible experience, the pizza had barely any toppings and what toppings it did have was all in the middle of the pizza leaving a 2 inch bare crust. Will definitely avoid this place in the future, not worth the price and there are plenty of better pizza places down south See less

Quite nice pizzas, especially the bases, they do them differently any other typical pizza bar. However if you are someone that has an allergy I would stay away. Twice we've ordered from this place. First order they've forgotten pineapple on a Hawaiian. I'm willing to over look some mistakes so we chalked it up to a simple oops. Second time we ordered we asked for no capsicum. The ordered was confirmed and read back to us. We didn't check them until we got back - lo and behold, capsicum. So long story short if you've got no allergies, go ahead. They're different, nice pizzas. Else check everything before you walk out of the shop. Especially if you're used to your local pizza place never getting your order wrong. See less

New owners. Unfortunately, the average pizzas have actually gotten worse since the take over. We have tried on three occasions now, hoping that the previous issues were just because of a bad night or new staff, but three times is enough to know that we do not want to buy pizza from here anymore. It wasn't great with the old owners, but it's way worse now. Soggy, lacking flavour, very little topping and what topping is on there, is really cheap and low quality. At least they're consistent I guess. I meant to leave this review a few weeks ago after our last order, and was reminded to when we overheard our neighbours also complaining about inedible pizza from the Pizza Kitchen. EDITED TO ADD: The dessert pizzas were also removed from the menu. This was the only reason I continued to purchase from the old owners, while my partner would still buy savoury pizzas. When the new owners took over, I was disappointed that they decided to discontinue the dessert pizzas, but still gave them three chances to improve on their current menu, which they have not. First time trying The Pizza Kitchen, took advantage of the $19.95 special - 2 large pizzas and a garlic bread. Was very disappointed, minimal toppings on each Pizza, especially the meat. Maybe that was because it was a "special deal" but if that's the case it's not worked in your favour because we won't be back. See less

I recently had an issue with an Uber driver who picked up my food from The Pizza Kitchen but did not deliver it to my house. I made contact with The Pizza Kitchen who kindly offered to make another pizza & deliver it themselves. Excellent customer service in a situation that wasn't their responsibility. Very happy with the result. Can't thank them enough. Delicious pizza as well, I highly recommend them & will definitely order again. 😊 See less
