If I could give this place no stars I would.
We made a group booking for 20.
They first gave our table to someone else without matching the details of the booking to the group and the barmen said "sorry they tricked me"
They ran out of chicken, and also beer battered chips.. and switched to sweet potato without saying anything.
We waited over an hour for our food with no apology for the wait
The food was of barely edible quality
They missed orders or made them wrong
When we complained nicely about the service, the pub owner didn't apologise, he said we got a discount (the pub was running a special not a special discount for us). The barmen said i just make drinks even though he was also a server.
There was still no apology for anything.
The pub owner said that we are from Melbourne and won't see us again anyway. They started talking about us to people waiting at the bar.
I cannot believe this experience we had.
If you can't handle a group of 20 then don't accept bookings larger than 10..
I WOULD NOT COME HERE!
Very unprofessional who argues back with guests and cannot take feedback and thinks they run a fine establishment.. again look at my previous statement
