Do not forget your ID. It's one thing to not let you in on policy, but if you have anything other than your driver's licence the security will not just refuse you, but treat you like trash. A very busy hotel especially when Richmond Football Club are shown on the two huge TVs. Did not have food as only there for a short while but it looked very nice. Not a lot of parking near the hotel but that's the city. See less

It''s a good pub to have a pre game drink at before going to one of the many surrounding stadiums, although you can't get a good pint here most cause they don't serve pints, unfortunately they only serve pots and schooners. See less

A pretty good hotel at Richmond and very popular on football game days. The food staff are very helpful and always trying. The bars staff are slow not sure why it’s seems to be their lack of effort to be quickly serving customers. We are sure they can improve if this with a little training and encouragement by Management. Just check the cctv to see what’s going on. Good luck 🤞🏾 See less

The depot lives on ! Great atmosphere, decor and fantastic food. Was there on Saturday afternoon, modest crowd during the present climate. Families with young children were there as well. I enjoyed my time @ The Precinct . See less

Had to organise my work Christmas party and I picked this venue, the person I spoke to (Chris) was very accommodating and easy to work with. Had a group of 18 and they were happy to oblige, and didn’t require a deposit which sealed the deal. Full marks for customer service. The dinner was a hit and miss depending on what we ordered; my colleagues raved about the fish tacos, however my friend and I had the porterhouse steak and while we requested medium rare, it was more medium which was disappointing. The venue is great; plenty of space, big tv’s that was showing the cricket. Would definitely consider having another work function here. See less
