Super disappointed with my recent experience. Went to Yiros Stafford website. Saw free delivery, was directed to to App Store. Downloaded app and made an order. Incorrect order delivered (bag said Chris). Called driver who stated that it was the order given to him. Called Yiros shop Stafford who said… “We have no control once the UBEREats drivers picks up the order, they sometimes pick up more than one”...I DIDN’T MAKE AND UBEREATS ORDER (nor have I ever because I don’t agree with the treatment of the drivers and the default to blame them for every screw up). I explained to the manager that my order was not made though Uber it was made through them and their app so I expect them to take responsibility. Options provided were to pick up my order or get a refund next time I was in store, and they threw in a free Baklava.
The girl I spoke to initially and the manager were both polite and reluctantly helpful. Not impressed with the default blame to the driver, NOR the lack of transparency around who would deliver my order, I (perhaps ignorantly) assumed they had their own drivers.
Quality of food was average. See less
