Super disappointing 😞. 1.5hr wait to get given over cooked practically inedible food which was a substantial rip off. Staff couldn't care less. A shame, used to be our favourite local fish & chips but won't be back. See less

Chips were overcooked with no salt, batter on the fish slightly burnt and calamari did not seem fresh. Not impressed, will not be getting dinner from here again. See less

Terrible customer service. Told waiting times would be 30 minutes and surpass 1 hour on multiple occasions. Staff unapologetic to delays. Then once food is brought home, incorrect/ missing items. Called to complain, once again rude, unapologetic and hung up on me, unwilling to resolve the problem. See less

Terrible staff. Food was over cooked and burnt. I called to get some help after I thought I was over charged for my order, for them to turn around and put the blame on me without asking what my concerns were. I will never be going back due to the fact that i quote from the manager, "the menu you have is old" when I responded that I had picked it up in store she explained that what I got is what I paid for and it's my fault as when I order next time I should be more specific. All I wanted was clarification on what I ordered vs what I paid for, however they were not keen to listen nor willing to solve the problem. Wish I could give 0 stars. See less

A lot of people have been giving this joint a bad rap I've eaten from here more than a few times and have ordered a lot from them the last 3 weeks. Their chips have always been nice, their flake has been nice and firm and fresh tasting. Their salt and pepper calamari was dynamite. And their prawn skewers are pretty good not gonna lie. I'd favour them over hunky dory. And they were fast in preparation. I'm not sure with all the bad reviews, but from where I've been sitting they're a pretty decent local joint and that no ones been too fair on. They give great value and they're fresh. Don't dig into the bad reviews too much people give these guys a fair go and see for yourself . :) See less
