Great location and setting. Coffee was okay and food looked good. Until I got my eggs Benedict. Actually until I cut into my eggs... one was hard, the second barely soft. Seriously it's not that difficult. A poached eggs should be runny! I was going to send it back, except that my companion's poached eggs were all none runny and I didn't want to spoil a nice morning with friends. Get your act together. It's not hard. See less

We dined at Tide Friday night and had an unfortunate experience, firstly our booking wasn't reserved although I booked in person the day before. We were seated and had a wonderful window view. We spent $200 for food and wine but was asked to leave by the manager with high eye rolls as they were cleaning up around us. We had to leave wine in the bottle we paid for at 9.30, early for a friday night I feel. An extra 15 minutes would have been sufficient. We will dine elsewhere next time. See less

Do yourself a favour and visit this beautiful restaurant! Some of my lovely friends organised a sneaky little birthday lunch for me here and when I entered I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. They personally went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday, offer me a complimentary drink and even presented me with a beautiful card!! I was really surprised and the service all around was nothing short of warm, personal and outstanding! You can tell making their customers happy is their main priority! And to top off a lovely celebration the food was delicious. By the end of the meal we were already planning our next visit! The location is beautiful, staff lovely and they've done a great job with the venue. I had the zucchini fritters which were great. The 3 stars is because we booked a table for 9.15am, our table had been given away (fault of the booking system), they were missing two things off the menu, when we ordered something else we later found out they were also out of salmon so had to change again. We waited almost an hour just for coffee (which wasn't correct), the food was an hour and a half with no warning on this wait time. This would be a great venue when it's not busy. See less

The service - all with a smile and a “let’s make your experience great” - was superb. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. As for the food - excellent. Absolutely too quality in taste and presentation. The environment - beautiful. The spend - well affordable. Totally loved it - highly recommend. See less

Great place for a Friday lunch meeting 😉 Essential to book ahead as it is very popular later in the week and on weekends. Food was very good and worth the wait which was about 25 mins due to how busy it was. Great service all round so we will be back again soon. See less

The staff here really showed great customer service and went out of their way to fix up my drink with a positive no-problem attitude. The dogs were given water aswell as the humans! 😁 Which we loved and the atmosphere amongst the boats and water lapping under the deck made great place to relax for a time. My family came here a couple of months ago for breakfast and it was so lovely inside too with good food to rave about. The staff make the experience. I wish all restaurants had great customer service like this. It’s a hidden gem. Find it & try it out when you can 👍 See less
