Toast has been such a great place to grab a coffee and treat during the lockdown. The staff are so friendly and lovely. I’ve recently moved to the area and it’s such a hub, it must have been a very quiet strip of shops before Toast moved in! We need more like it in the area. Tim is very welcoming, he even had treats for our dog.

Awesome place for a quick bite to eat. We had the normal sausage roll, the lasagne sausage roll and the Japanese beef pie. The lasagne roll tasted exactly like a lasagne and was very tasty. We did have a coffee as well and that was ok.

Tried cheese toastie and chorizo cheese jaffle both turned out really good, what stood out was the coffee. Great local cafe with friendly customer service, good location and vibe. Will definitely visit again.

Yum. Generous portions of food. Coffee is good as well. Mac and cheese pie was delicious and a sausage roll was thrown in due to a short wait.

Coffee is good. Pies are great. But the moment one of your staff lectures me in front of others about mask wearing is the moment you lose my business. Rude. It was good while it lasted.

Great breakfast "jaffle", lovely tea & doughnuts too! We were made to feel so welcome even though it was only just 8am on a Sunday morning! Can't wait to come again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been to Toast several times and the experience has always been excellent. The coffee is great and the in house food is also very good. The proprietor always makes you feel welcome and leaves you feeling positive which is delightful. Toast is great for both a drive-by caffeine hit or a longer visit punctuated with quality 'dad' jokes.
