I was a regular customer, today i was there and want to have juice, when the lady with cap saw me she made here face so irritating, i think she was not happy to see me. And she strated to asking rudely, 'you want juice humm???' Is that the manner to ask ? Really poor customer service, i never want to go that shop again, i mean i never want to go by near.. feeling bad with that lady's behaviour and her reaction on face. Another guy was laughing at me. So i left , Will not recommend to anyone. See less

Great taste great service, perfectly served sweet , good menu still lacking fresh coconut water though sugar cane juice is also perfect but black salt missing at some point. Havana tastes great to me and will be coming now again again hope to get black salt option over table salt which dissolved sugar cane tastes like a sweet and salty water to a great tasting juice. Amazing to see a healthy option near by to the food court. Food is always fresh and most prepared on request or on the day. The eye catching display is what originally draw me to this place. Fresh fruit and yogurt in the front counter. Unfortunately some of the staff are not as up beat as others. I personally feel this lets the business down. Customer care service skills is definitely something most people remember not just the amazing food and influences if clients return again. 9/10 times I've had amazing staff but unfortunately today was yet another day where I feel the staff member showed poor customer care skills. No greeting, no communication once order was ready (I just assumed the drink was mine since I was the only one there) and hard to understand . I will visit again as the food here is outstanding for the price and I really enjoy the fresh healthy options. See less

The lady who served me today was just amazing, she was so happy, friendly and helpful. After a bad experience with the Boost Juice staff a few minutes before, this lady cheered me up.. The yoghurts and smoothie was delicious so I'm a very happy customer :) See less
