Great fit out, well balanced drinks list and food for every tastebud! Want to come back again just to try other items we couldn’t fit in…. Kitchen certainly knows what they are doing! Highly recommend and just what Bondi needs! See less

Went to Topikos on one of their opening nights and had a great time! As with all new restaurants they’re working out the kinks but the atmosphere, food, drinks and staff were all fantastic! Will be back very soon for that lamb, saganaki and amazing cocktails! See less

I don’t understand these bad reviews! Food came quick, drinks came quick and all were amazing. My highlights were the oysters and the spicy watermelon margarita! So delicious. Also reasonably priced for good quality food. The staff were lovely and the mood was very relaxed. Overall great experience, would definitely go again! See less

Such a nice vibe here - was met with great service and an amazing menu. Hard to choose between everything but I highly recommend the sardines and calamari if you’re feeling like something a bit different! Truly delicious - good wine, good food and smack in the middle of Bondi beach. Finally someone made really good use of this space and created something incredible!! See less

Very very disappointed Was very much looking forward to the opening of this new bondi establishment, however couldn’t have been more disappointed. We went in on Friday evening around 7 and asked for a table for 4, as we had two friends with us. The place was completely empty and we were told we couldn’t be seated at the last sitting (which we were told was 7/730). The front of house was extremely rude and looked us up and down several times with smirks and dismissive attitude, they were rude and abrasive, and kept telling us we would not be seated no matter how long we stood there (we even asked if we could be put on wait list and have drink at the bar in the meantime but was rudely dismissed again). We eventually decided to go to another local establishment that we regular and had a great meal and drinks. Walking back pass the venue an hour later the venue was still mostly empty with plenty of empty tables despite having been told it was fully booked which was clearly not the case, Being a bondi local for more than 20 years the treatment was beyond rude, unprofessional and seemed prejudicial I hope the venue quickly works on improving its front of house and hospitality, especially with the locals who it will rely on - the venue could become a great addition to bondi however if this type of service continues it will be hard for it to succeed with the locals. Topikos We went to the opening of Topikos, a modern Greek restaurant, at Bondi Beach which is in a new building. Large open venue, with a separate dinning area and bar area next door. You can book both the dining room and/or the bar. Dishes and services are amazing so well done guys. We had the pita bread, sardines on toast which was refreshing, Saganaki with honey so yummy, Keftedes which are meatballs, and the Wood fired octopus which was very tender although it was served cold. Followed by Loukoumades, honey, whipped ricotta, pistachio. For drinks we tried the Sunshine Sour cocktail, and the 2020 Papagiannakos Old Vines Savatiano which is a really nice slightly sweet white wine from the region of Markopoulon in Greece, I’ll check out the winery on my next trip. I came here hoping to dine in it was not fully booked and many empty seats. I asked the woman at the front what vegan options they had she pointed out a few. I then said to her that I was on my own and asked if there was any seating available she smirked and laughed at me I was humiliated so just laughed back and left. Having worked in fine dining also on superyachts all over the world which is the top of service I was disgusted. I get the idea she thought I was not good enough to dine there as she looked me up and down. Being a massive foodie and knowing others that are too I maybe would have recommended the place but definitely not now. Having lived and worked all over the world I was appalled at the lack of hospitality and service surely at an establishment like this you could do better. See less

Wonderful additional to Bondi, had a fabulous time with a group of friends. The refit it spot on for Bondi, the decor creates an amazing vibe. The cocktails are amazing, tried about 5 different ones and none disappointed. I apprehensively asked the server about vegan options and he said no problem, and I was presented with a beetroot dish with hummus, amazing fresh tomato and watermelon salads and delicious roast potatoes. That combined with friendly service made for a fab night. Will be back for sure! See less

I had dinner here the other night with friends & it was such a great experience! This is exactly what Bondi needed. Great Greek food in a stunning venue. They’ve transformed the space! Can’t wait to come back. See less

Disappointed.. 1 hour wait on food. Waitress told me they haven’t served oysters all day however it was given to the wrong table right across from me. Offered me “chips” in return and no other form of service (drinks or alternative food). Very ordinary service, do not recommend. See less

Food took an hour on a quiet night… gave us the wrong order… just a little disappointed. No compensation or even an apology at the least.. See less
