TUNG THIT SIZZLING STEAK, Springvale 📍 I think I have found my favourite Vietnamese sizzling steak restaurant! 😍 Tucked away in Springvale Central is Tung Thit Sizzling Steak- a delicious new Authentic Vietnamese restaurant. This chain comes from District 1 in Vietnam which brings you a perfect modern twist to your traditional Southern Vietnamese Pho + Wagyu steak as you know it. 😍
We tried their signature Sizzling Steak Pho and the signature Striploin Wagyu Steak (M4-5+) which comes with a fried egg, a super fresh & crunchy tiger roll baguette, a side of salad, potato’s, special sauce, and homemade Pate!!! 😍 BOTH WERE AMAZING.

The pho broth was seriously clear, clean and strong in flavour. Wagyu bone marrow is used which makes a huge difference!! One of the best pho 🍲 I have had in Melbourne and paired with the sizzling beef it was absolutely divine. For the price there is a very generous serve of steak, and you can cook it to your liking on the sizzling pan. The premium Wagyu just melts in your mouth and combined with the egg, sauce and fresh baguette it is a winner of a dish. ❤️❤️

Their drinks were very yum- highly recommend the mung bean drink (white) never had anything like it before and the Peach Ice tea is perfect for those looking for a sweeter note! 🍑 Vietnamese coffee also on point for the caffeine lovers.
