Other reviews seem to have summed up pretty well. The food was really nice, maybe a little pricey but was fresh and good serving sizes. We had the mixed entre and mixed grill to share and it was the perfect amount of food for 2. Service was a bit slow considering how empty the store was and there were tables left uncleared around us. Didn't ruin the experience. Might just need another wait staff working to keep up. See less

To management you need to find better wait staff. The guy working last night does not know how to wait tables. We waited close to 25mins no drinks orders taken, no entree orders taken. Clearly this guy is doing damage to your business and reputation. When we left to walk out your waiter didn't apologise or anything. He smiled and smirked replying ok bye bye. Management, for a good example on how to run a turkish restaurant I suggest you head over to Woden and eat at the Turkish Pide House. Shame as we had a really nice experience here a few years back. Definitely won't be coming back or recommending you guys. See less

Plz bring your own bread if you are going to order Iskander as there isn't going to be any in it. May be bring a stove too to heat your dish. Koftas are under cooked. Price more than double the normal price elsewhere. My worst turkish food experience ever. Salad with strange vinegar smell will burn your tongue as well. Not recommended its a total wastage of your money, time and mood. See less

Recently I tried some delicacies at Tukish Delight restaurant based in Belconnen. My fav 💓 dish was Gourmet Chicken Pide, which is served along with roasted chicken pieces with mushroom 🍄 chargrilled egg plant 🍆 roasted pepper 🌶 and cheese 🧀 Do try out this one..it's worth it 👍🏻 Plus my all time favourite Hummus n bread 🥖 along with some yummy shish chicken kebabs 🍗 Lastly for dessert don't miss the Baklawa 😍 See less

We came here for my mum's 50th birthday and for my brother's birthday, and we won't be coming here again. The food wasn't what we were promised, the service was slow, no music or belly dancer- as we were promised. We were very disappointed. See less

A mixed bag with some great food and some less so. The vegetables were excellent and Dolmades in particular were superb, possibly the best I have ever had. the dips were ok but the carrot dip was not great and one got the idea that the baba ganoush was stretched a bit far with the yoghurt. The mixed grill was good and tasty, but the Adelphi kebab was dry from being cooked that little bit too much Although we had no dancing because of COVID, the decor looked great and I am sure that the place will come alive when the belly dancing and people return See less

Food still delicious, wait staff lovely. Last time I purchased bread I tried to politely ask clarifying questions if it was fresh cooked, or reheated (as appeared to be the case). The cashier was condescending and dismissive. I brushed it off as a one off. However, when back for dinner recently, our experience was ruined by the same argumentative cashier bickering over a small item we had purchased with our meal. I asked if there was a problem, he said no, yet continued to argue with us about it? Hot tip: 'customer service' here means being gracious. However arrogance towards customers sinks business faster than anything else. Sadly, after so many years enjoying eating here, we no longer prefer this experience. See less

The first thing walking in is how beautifully decorated the place is with its intricate woodwork and colourful carpets hanging on the walls, paintings and tassels, Turkish instruments and jeweled colourful chandeliers. The lighting is quite dim and dark but the glow from the painted glass lamps on the walls is sufficient enough. We ordered a banquet and also had some questions regarding food intolerances and food allergies which the staff were happy to speak to us about and accommodate accordingly. The food was plentiful and delicious. The price was slightly high at $35 per person but there was enough left over to be packed into take away containers for tomorrow's lunch. The only two things that put a dampener on the evening were since we stayed till almost closing time and were the last people in the place, they started mopping the floor before we left and my poor brother slipped over quite badly. They were apologetic but he was embarrassed and hurt his back quite badly. The other was someone was smoking (hopefully outside) but the smoke smell filled the restaurant quite significantly as we were starting dessert and was extremely off-putting. Overall though it was a nice evening despite those two incidents and i'd go back again at some stage. I hear there are belly dancing performances on Saturday evenings so that would be a delightful experience See less
