I ordered through Uber and after waiting 1.5 hours and 3 drivers and 4 chats with online support I was told by uber they cancelled my order and how sorry they were. By this point I was extremely angry I decided to call Turkish grill directly. Now this is where I can say with complete confidence that Turkish Grill is amazing! I recommend this restaurant 100% Upon conversation with a lady I have no idea of her name sadly... my anger completely disappeared and she offered to cook my meal (Again) and have it delivered through the restaurant themselves. 30 minutes later I had my meal with a wonderful superise. A lovely note with an apppolgy and the deserts they offer free of charge. So thank you for tuning my night around and quickly solving the issue. Side note- The food is always amazing from here and worth the cost.. But order directly through Turkish grill and not uber! Well done and thank you Turkish Grill. See less

Turkish Grill can certainly provide a good selection of good Turkish food ranging from rice to pide to chicken. They provide large serving sizes too so are ideal for parties and catering for multi guests. Definitely recommend for sure. Regards @fooderarri See less

Turkish Grill made a genuine mistake with my take away order. The person who took my call was not only very apologetic about the mix up but also made good with delivering more than the shortfall within a short space of time. Great customer customer service. We always enjoy their food. See less

Consistently delicious food, however 4 out of the 5 recent times we have ordered delivery through either Menulog or through their own website an item from our order was missed (normally the Turkish bread). When the restaurant is advised there is a missing item they will drop it out to us up to an hour later which is nice of them but the rest of the food has already been eaten. Great food but don't order for delivery, eat in its a better experience. See less

I was disappointed with the attitude of the staff last night on 10/10. We ordered online and they received order (order No. 5300) at 20:12 Hours. Collection time on the order was 20:37 (Closing time was 21:30) and when I went to pick up the order I was told they can't process the order as apparently they shut the system at 20:15 and as a result they didn't process the order as they closed kitchen and the system. Option that they give me is to either carry forward the credit for next time ordering (They still thought That I am going to order again) or refund the amount. All I can say that their online service is very unreliable and you can encounter very unprofessional attitude so be careful if you order online. See less

Amazing food and lovely staff. The takeaway banquet for eight felt like it gave us enough food for a week!!! we ordered during a busy peak which took some extra time - but they were very apologetic and looked after us as best they could. Highly recommended, will definitely be back. See less

Today my brother waited over an hour past when the food was due to be done while standing. After he got home we noted that some of the food was lukewarm in temperature and 2 dishes were completely missing from the order. I have tried to call multiple times (over 10) and nobody is picking up the phone. Left a voice message and no response. This is not the first time we have left this restaurant with an incomplete order or waited excessively. Incredibly disappointing. See less

It's a nice place to dine. We ordered beef fillet, skewers and spicy salami pide. Steak was cooked as ordered (medium rare) and its was really very good. Highly recommended to try just the beef fillet. The mixed skewers were good to taste however chicken skewer was the best amongst three and the ultimate winner . We did not like our pide as it was not spicy in anyways, might try another pide next visit. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Multiple parking spots available, but on a busy night it might be tricky to get a spot. Credit card payments is accepted. This place is closed Monday and Tuesday and is open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday 5pm to 9pm (check trading hours before visiting, in case hours change)7 See less

Attentive service with a good selection of wines and beers. The food serving was generous but pide's overall lacked the flavour we were hoping. The restaurant is quite noisy with no acoustic damping and has a very "family" feel if that's what you are after. See less

The Turkish Grill is our favourite Turkish restaurant in Canberra. They have consistently impressed us with the quality and generous portions of food, it is delicious! The staff too will go above and beyond for their customers. From the owner, to the wait staff, to the kitchen staff. They make everyone feel welcome.
