We have been a customer for many years having ordered banquets in the restaurant, delivered and we have picked up. Today we called our order for a large banquet, the lady who answered the phone was rude. When my husband and son picked up the order she was ruder, not even acknowledging their presence in the shop. The food was bad. The meat dry and very little filling in the pizzas. We didn’t get many dips and there was no sign of the baklava they usually include.. we are so disappointed.. See less

Went for dinner on Friday 11 Feb. Clean resturant but slow service overall. The food was poor quality, tasteless and not fresh looking. Chicken pide had bit of smell and dips were sour suggesting that these may be expired. I have been here many times in last 10 years. This was the worst experience and would not visit again. I would not recommend anybody eating here. See less

I used to love their Pides, it was of a generous proportion and filled with stuffing. But my last few orders especially the marinated prawn pide was bland and somewhat tasteless, and the size got smaller. Really disappointed 😔 this place was my to go to place. See less

If I didn’t live 2 hours away, I’d be eating here weekly. The chicken was so tender…hubby said the lamb was amazing too. Best Turkish bread I’ve had in my life. Eggplant dip was out of this world. Can’t wait for an excuse to come back to revisit this little gem! See less

Tasteless food and very poor quality of food nothing like other Turkish places, ordered many things and didn't find any of it good the kimyali pide was made of thick bread and had cheese with no meat in it. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. See less

We walked in to a completely empty dining area, and were asked (with borderline hostility) if we had a booking. We didn't. Our green bean entree was more of a side dish, and cooked to almost grey. We were given a bread that, although was very good, we hadn't ordered. The pide we chose advertises parsley, but we needed to convince our wait staff that it would be a good addition. Paying took over 5 minutes, as we were completely ignored by staff as we waited to pay. Ugh, not going back. See less

I haven’t been here for about 7 years. I was excited to get a mixed grill. Small serves and normally meat is on rice. So rice wasn’t and boring. Salad was tasteless. Meat was very nice. I had Turkish yesterday from Charnwood. Serving sizes are tripple. Also tastes better. Very disappointed. I would prefer to drive 5 or so minutes more to Charnwood. It used to be the best in Canberra an adult a child and young adult went here many times. It’s a shame. See less

Ordered delivery through menulog, the order didn't get delivered but claimed it had. Called the restaurant and they were great, made a new batch, drove it out to me and gave me extra as an apology. Although the 3rd party delivery driver made it harder the restaurant went above and beyond and the food was warm and delicious! Sorry I had to call and chase it up! Thank you for the yummy food! Worst food ever, such a ashamed. After waiting for long long wait what you get is greasy cold food, too salty meat and burned bread. I spend $130 bucks and all i get is very poor quality food. Never recommending and going back again. Waste this restaurant should be reported. See less

We ordered our dinner through menulog because we are home with a newborn only to be left very disappointed with the quality of food from this place. We ordered a pumpkin Pide the pumpkin was so under cooked and a few pieces still had skin on it. We also found a hair in the crumbed potato. Very disappointing. See less

Hi everyone reading this, I just wanted to share my experience at this lovely place. We ordered a banquet for four we had delicious grilled chicken, rice, salads, mince meat kebab and dips with bread and later baklava. It was delicious food 😋 and great service and plenty of food wow!
