If you like waiting 36 minutes and still not get your waffle and ice cream, this is the best place to go in Adelaide—three thumbs up, highly recommended! The best business practice is to have only a single person behind the counter taking and preparing orders, so if someone (me!) realises that death from hypoglycaemia is drawing ever closer and decides to leave, the business even keeps the money because the only worker in UCool world doesn’t know how to do refunds—win-win! This is on a rainy Saturday afternoon when there were only three people when I arrived and one person after me. See less

Came here on a Friday night around 6pm wanting a quick dessert. There was one other customer at the time and yet i ended up having to wait 25 minutes for one egg waffle. I have no idea why making an egg waffle with a waffle machine would take that long. The menu variety was poor, only a few flavours of ice cream available. Didn't even have matcha icecream :/ See less

The Bubble Tea are amazing and the bubble waffles is crispy outside and soft inside which is Brilliant. There are also board games to let you play with family and friends!!! The price is low as well, I would come back to visit again and again Also the staffs are so friendly 😊 See less

Had a frozen mango tea and a waffle stick with nutella sauce, it was yummy! Better than all the other bubble tea places and cheaper too. The place is very cosy and cute with a menu that should satisfy everyone's tastes, with both boba and desserts. highly recommended and I'll be back! See less

Thank you for recommending drinks and desserts. I found the menu a little too extensive. I ended up ordering the iced strawberry green tea. It was a little too sweet but nice and cool for a warm day. There was no AC in the shop too so we ended up taking our drinks away. Nice place to catch up with friends or if you are looking for waffle desserts. See less
