This place doesn’t get enough love.. The most underrated restaurant in Cabramatta and is a local gem that most locals wouldn’t even know about. The dry Egg noodles with pork hock is a winner. See less

They give you lots of veggie sides so that’s always great. I had the duck noodles and you can pick the noodles which is great, but the duck was very very dry which wasn’t what I was expecting. Everything else was good See less

Relocated and easier to locate compared with the old location behind the alley. UE Noodles have been in business for over 3 decades in Cabramatta which is both a local and Sydney favorite. I recommend the dry stirred noodles with pork, this is an awesome dish that you will not be able to sample elsewhere. Nobody does it like UE Noodles, good old traditional cooking at it's very best. Very yummy noodle restaurant! Authentic chinese not Vietnamese. They have their own unique style, the noodle tastes differently to other restaurants in the area. Their presence in Cabramatta is for more than 10 years. I hope they will come out with a new menu, new noodle syles in order to refresh themselves and stay on top of the competition. See less

For the 1st time we eat in this restaurant that very recommended by close friends and it is delivered different experience of Vietnamese culinary.
