Not sure where to begin, customer service/staff completely non existent here the short blond girl that girl that was on was heaps rude at the table when there was a mistake with food order, never offered an apology either for mistake, machiatto was definitely not a machiatto and coffee was heaps burnt. Food was OK nothing special definitely not worth coming back for. Such a shame cause the cafe looks nice however is very much the opposite See less

Coffee is good, service is bad. A pretty simple order of two coffees, one milkshake and a toasted sandwich had two mistakes. First, about 10 minutes after ordering and paying, we were asked if we had paid, because the order hadn’t been put through. Second the wrong sandwich was brought, and I was ignored as I stood at the counter to fix it. This is after waiting another 10 minutes. These things happen, particularly on a public holiday when your A-team is probably having the day off. But we were never once offered an apology. See less

Visiting Canberra so made a plan to visit Urban Pantry after finding them via Google. Was a fantastic experience. The food was really fresh and tasty and came out fairly quickly. (Eggs Benny, omelette and blueberry pancakes.) Coffees were great too. Only thing that felt a bit pricey was the fresh OJ but it was also delicious. (Just a small serving.) Would certainly come again next time we’re around. Thanks for making our first brekkie in Canberra a satisfying one. See less

This a cafe I have great memories in. I love their early morning working hours and the coffee is pretty decent. The menu has been the same for quite sometime if anything I would love to see some new exciting additions to it. See less

Casual dining inside or in a covered area outside with a pleasant vibe. Quite light and airy inside but seemed a little crowded outside. The meals were quite nice and not oversized and included things like battered fish and chips, a lamb salad and seared tuna nicoise salad. There were a range of burgers, and typical breakfast menu favourites such as omelette and eggs benedict with wilted spinach, ham salmon and mushrooms etc. They do have some vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available and some of the sweet treats looked yummy. The coffee - not bad - ask for hot if you don’t like luke walk. I found the background music too loud and it did make conversation a little difficult at times depending on the song being played. It is only possible to book a table for 6 or more guests but I was assured that it would be highly unusual not to get a table for 4 or less as a ‘walk in’. I’d certainly return - 4⭐️ See less

Found the selection of food on the menu for breakfast ideal. The service was just right and Price wise we had a full breakfast with 2 adults and 2 children for around $ 70.00 we walked out satisfied. Service was average and the burgers were okay. Water glasses were super dirty... 🤢 Green smoothie and iced mocha were decent, but probably won’t visit again. We visited the cafe across the yard last time and our experience was so much better there :( See less
