Cosy and bright, USTA did not disappoint. We had the shared Turkish breakfast and some extras. The food was varied and fresh. The tea was awesome. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended and we look forward to trying their extensive afternoon/dinner service next time we visit. See less

I have known the owner previously and knew the quality of the food from previous place he ran. The location is next to a server, where you may think that it is one of the ordinary “trucky food” restaurant but you will be amazed and surprised. The place looks modern from inside. It gives an image of interior designer work. There are two sections. The section on the right, where we sat was colder compared to the left as I actually tested it. The reason is the automatic door opens fully, bringing cold air (as it is winter now) to the right side of the restaurant. The food is excellent. Their special tripe soup was as expected. I had the rib eye steak and it was perfectly cooked to medium rare. Congratulations Mehmet Usta! It was great once again. If the place was closer to the city, I would be there frequently. See less

We had breakfast for the first time at usta and it was amazing everything was delicious the customer service was amazing and very quick if you want the full turkish breakfast experience you Need to come and try it out I will definitely be back. See less

Welcome back Mehmet Usta! You have been missed. Great new spot with the old crew. Similar menu except doner. Mostly grill and oven-baked delicious Turkish food. Very popular already so arrive early and be patient as it is worth it. Waitstaff is friendly, brand new restaurant and interior design. They also have a bit spit but it wasn’t on when we were there. Kids friendly as well. PS: Needs some solution over the sliding door to prevent cold air comes in. Toilets are outside and cold but very clean. See less

Absolutely pathetic...We had to wait an hour for service and still no one attended our table until we asked about it then we obviously were served leftovers as food was cold and tasteless. Customer service was very slack. This was a group booking made and we weren't even informed that it is a set menu that we will be receiving and weren't asked if we had any dietary requirements. We didn't know what to expect but looking at other tables we seem to have been missing certain foods from the 'set menu'. Furthermore, being a set menu and have had made a booking I see no excuse to be unprepared. We were extremely disappointed as he was doing good in his old place in Coolaroo. He seems to have lost his touch since then. Do not recommend. See less

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VERY UNORGANISED & DISRESPECTFUL. we went for breakfast and 3 of us came first waiting for another 3 and they sat us on a table with 4 chairs, when our other 3 came we asked for another 2 chairs and the lady proceeded to say this table is actually reserved for someone else.. The table DID NOT have reserved sign on it. They ended up kicking us out cos no tables for 6 people were free, told us to come back later and walked off quickly and there was no apology included at all! Never going back there again. See less
