Really enjoyed my vietnamese food experience here!
The venue is more of a food court vibe, as it's a small sectioned area for VHM Bros and shared space between 2 other restaurants. Nonetheless, clean tables and friendly service. Fast and efficient.
Pho broth was very clean and light yet flavourful and not greasy or heavy as pho can get. I only had a taste of the broth from my friend's bowl, so cant comment on the noodles, but there was definitely a generous portion of noodles and ingredients for a regular size. Can only imagine what the large would be like.
Swicy Chicken Ribs 4/5 - very nicely coated chicken ribs. Well battered, crispy and more peppery and sweet than spicy. That being said, it was well made.
Grill Chicken Bun 5/5 - again generous portion, great ratio of noodles to veggies, great balance with the fish sauce, and a generous portion of nicely seasoned and perfectly cooked chicken. Chicken meat was juicy and tender with a hint of crispiness on the chicken skin. Overall really enjoyable.
Chicken Spring Rolls 5/5 - I love these vietnamese thin spring rolls. Filling was well seasoned again, nicely minced and the skin was nice and crispy. Perfectly fried with fresh oil. Not greasy.
Overall loved my visit to VHM Bros. Definitely would go back when at Craigieburn Central. See less
