I wouldn’t even rate this place 1 star! Ordered and had dinner through them tonight, first order came wrong so we called straight away to their response “you can come pick up a new HSP or wait till another day” not even a sorry was expressed or anything… then after reasoning with them, they had our meal delivered again but this time it came cold and 30 mins late, once again we called, once again no sorry. Might I add, I’m pregnant and when my fiancé expressed his concern and disappointment over the quality of our order their response was “the boss has gone home for the night, so what do you want me to do about it?”no inch of empathy was given. First and last time we will be ordering and buying from here. VERY DISAPPOINTED to say the least. See less

Extremely satisfied with the portion and quality of the food. I'm a mechanic and often travel to Bacchus marsh for work purposes, hands down this place has never disappointed me since the day it first opened. Friendly and professional workers. Have recommended this to all my family and friends and they all love it. Cheers will be visiting next week again. See less

What can I say about this place. My partner lives up at bacchus marsh and I was starving the whole day. She recommended me Victoria kebabs. At first I was hesitant but oh my! I was blown away by the flavour of the kebab and how fresh it was. Very decent priced and thank you to the lovely lady who served us. Not only she ensured our food was fresh but it also got delivered in a very timely manner. I’ve tried many kebabs over the years but this one tops the rest of them. I will definitely be visiting this joint more often. Thank you for the awesome experience Victoria kebab. You have a permanent customer now. See less

1 Star for the good food, can't complain there. BUT every time I order from there I'm told a wait time of 15 minutes, I arrive 15 minutes later if not longer and they haven't even started making my order. This was a regular occurrence so one day I kindly let them know "hey your food is good but the time management is a bit poor". Obviously didn't take this on board. I have noticed there are new owners and staff and tonight was the worst. Tried to call them for 10 minutes and every call went straight to voicemail so I assumed their phones were down or experiencing technical difficulties. Headed down to the kebab shop to order in person and before ordering I happened to ask if their phones were down, which the girl behind the counter said "no we're just busy so we turned off the phones". I'm sorry but if you offer a service you should be providing this service at all times when available, not just when it suits you. Was told the wait time would be 25-30 minutes and frustratingly waited 45 minutes. I was offered a free drink for the inconvenience but declined as all I ask for is better time service. I let them know this at the moment of picking up the food so I do hope they take this on board as my partner does love the food there and orders from here regularly. See less

Live 2 minutes away from the shop just moved too bacchus marsh and second hsp ever bought from them. Both hsps where just about cold barley warm. Was cut right infront of me also and still like this. Definitely wont be back meat taste nice but no one wants a cold dinner. Rubbish. See less

The other day I came in for a single Lamb kebab. Instead of using the fresh Lamb that was cooking I noticed she used old Lamb meat in a container. When I ate it I could taste dry and old meat that's probably been cooking for ages. I didn't feel sick but I didn't feel satisfied. Also if a customer requests extra garlic sauce make sure you listen cause I barely had any garlic sauce that I requested. See less

Kebabs are decent, the lamb one in particular is great and they’re generous with chip portions. The meat is sliced fresh for each order so it’s not sitting around losing heat. The one downside is the waiting time. On busy nights I’ve waited upwards of 30-40 minutes after placing my order. The wait can be so bad that I’ve witnessed people cheering and congratulating someone when their number is finally called. I don’t understand what the hold up is, considering this is meant to be fast food, but the food is good so we keep coming back. See less
