I have been here several times. But today afternoon was served by a rude lady shaking here head and stuff. Understand we are paying you to give us a good service. Dont behave like you are giving us free food. Not welcoming behaviour and the quality of food has dropped drastically with less meat on the bahn mi's I brought. If its one then its ok I can understand its a mistake or happened in error. But to have less quantity in all is terrible. Sorry not coming back again.

If you knew it was 39 degree Celsius how could you not turn the aircon switched-on for the well-being of the customers and the lady working in the front. And don't say small business blah blah, it costs customers petrol, road rego, time, car insurance. So every one has expenses to meet and then do the rest around it. So please before bringing excuses and your rude way of replying to customers be polite, humble, down to earth understand why the customer is complaining and rectify. I challenge you I am going to come again and this time order the normal and extra meat with receipt and then upload pictures for customers to see. Do you accept the challenge?
