Worst Asian food I've ever encountered in my life. Restaurant is stunning and staff was lovely but food was such a let down. Worst then the asian foods at a food court. Ordered the: superior beef red curry (4 tiny bits of hard beef and potatoes where way over cooked) and lacking in flavour. Soft Noodles was lacking in so much flavour and smelt burnt, it was combined with the vegetables that didn't taste nice and the.... prawns. (Prawns had zero flavour, tasted like water) Crispy chicken, I have never had Crispy chicken battered in my life. It was very unusual and the vegetables, I was hoping to be pickled vegetables... none. Only thing I liked was sadly the plain rice and the prawn chips. So much potential this place could of had. Have the staff tried their own food? 3 meals and not one was editable. Would of loved this place to be my local restaurant but they desperately need a change in how they create food. See less

Well some of the food was good, some ok and some really bad. So very hit and miss. The icing on the cake of making this a negative experience and for us not to return is when we recieved the whole fish and it was off so we informed the staff and they only offered $10 off bill and argued with us that it was off. So I would read all reviews first. See less

Only 4 stars because there is room for improvement. Having said that the quality of the meals was excellent. Improvement required with the taking of the orders. Numerous times we had to remind the staff that we were missing an item. Definitely worth a visit. See less

This restaurant has a good atmosphere for groups. It has the advantage over other Vietnamese venues in that the tables and chairs aren't crammed, and there is no pressure to leave once you've eaten. It is a little more expensive than others but that's reflective of the ambience. Food came out at random times which meant one person was waiting 15min after the first person was already eating. Overall disappointing meal, the staff were friendly enough. My order was spring rolls which were nice. Main was salt & pepper squid which lacked favour salt and pepper. I was talked into getting special fried rice which was by far from being special because it lacked flavour prawns and meat throughout the dish. When I went to pay it was a extra $16 for rice making total meal for one person $44 disappointed. See less

Friendly service but small portions. Had the salt and pepper combination plus the tofu lemongrass. If you are going to spend 20 bucks on a tofu dish you won expect a decent serve. 60 bucks for two and still hungry. Maybe it was a bad night. See less

This has been a go to a few times now and although it’s kind of shabby and a little older it remains a reliable and affordable night out. 3 of us adults with healthy appetites and matching thirsts ate too much and drank just enough for about 40.00 a head. Great food and attentive staff mean you can take your time and explore the substantial but anachronistic menu more each time. Some of the descriptions of most of the food on the menu are worth a visit on their own and are superb with delightfully devastating adjectives scattered playfully throughout reminding me of those “Keith Floyd” menus of the past. Just beware of the fish sauce in the veggie dish if that’s not your thing ! Enjoy! See less
