Villas on the Bay is in a perfect location, not only for its view, but central to Kingscote. The accomodation was clean, spacious and contained everything we needed. The best thing about Villas on the Bay however is Denise and Bryan. It was our honeymoon and they greeted us with champagne, chocolate and even a balloon. Lovely owners, extremely helpful and kind to our children. Beautiful spacious apartments with everything you could possibly need. Great secure parking in garage or out the front. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need from storage containers to salt & pepper. Highly recommend making this your KI base. See less

Highly recommended accomodation that is superbly located and set in the heart of Kingscote. Value, quality and elegance meet here. Where else can you find a 5-star facility for the price of 3-star? Bryan was top-notch, approachable and patient with the million questions thrown at him by our group of 21. Our short stay was very relaxing and got the best rest we were hoping for after a long day.
