Ordered from here for the first time tonight, got the tonkatsu ramen. The noodles were 100% from a packet (tastes like the cheap woolworths ones) The "pork" was shaved so thin and rubbery I wouldn't even call it Pork The Broth was exactly the same for the 2 dishes we ordered, just tastes like Miso. VERY LOW EFFORT AND POOR QUALITY FOR THE PRICE WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN See less

Ordered the grilled salmon don but got 2 pieces of greasy deep fried salmon belly in a big bowl of mush rice. These salmon belly are clearly offcuts. Complete rip off. They did refund the salmon don upon complain. See less

I don't usually leave reviews, but this was honestly horrible food! Not authentic at all. The karaage and fried chicken was dry, the crab claw was rubbery and stringy inside, the ramen was flavourless, the curry was not good, and sukiyaki meat was such poor quality it was like crumbs of meat, not sliced meat. Minimal customer service, there is no table service. We arrived and the place was empty, but we tried it due to all the positive reviews. They have a promotion to leave a positive review on Google to receive a free drink.. See less

Really awkward location, consider delivery if possible. We did pick up ordering and it wasn’t ideal. Not the cleanest place but fine. The food was pretty great, we both loved a our meals. They are thoughtfully packed and travelled very well. The sushi rolls are very delicately prepared. See less

Would never go to this restaurant again. Terrible customer service. We placed the order online using their in service app. We waited 1.5hours and only half of the orders came. When we asked for a refund for the manager argued with us and said he couldn’t do anything because it was through their app. No apology. No compensation. See less

Food is so so - not super good but not bad. We had the sushi platter. At $75, it is a bit pricey for what we got (see pictures). The ramen was not bad. If you are looking for a place to eat, I think that this place is okay but don't expect too much. See less

First time in here yesterday, Karaage & Takoyaki was ok,it suits with my taste, it goes well with the sake,especially the breaded crab claw it was so delicious except for the cheesecake it's not that smooth and lack of matcha flavor, daifuku was good, taiyaki is crunchy which i like it. Portion is good for 1 person only, price is fair enough. So far so good, i will definitely come back again. See less

I'm a fan of Japanese food and i tried many restaurants from entree to dessert and beverages.My honest review and experience was not that good. In the photo it looks inviting but the food was salty and the ramen was tasteless, the dessert like rice cake with fish shape was ok.. The food isn't authentic as other Japanese places . And the food didn't taste freshly cook. I don't mind to spend on food as long as the quality is worth the price.😉 See less
