This place totally exceeded expectations. We are grateful to the couple who failed to turn up to their booking because we can’t imagine having eaten dinner anywhere else. We had the Banquet A between the two of us, and while it was a mission to get through we enjoyed every moment of it. Our waiter was epic. Yuck!! I would have received better food at a food court. We didn't eat it all as it was tasteless. We went here because we seen a few people dinning in so we only assumed it was going to be the place to go. We were disappointed. Prawn crackers and the drinks were good. The rest was very poor. Not that much competition in Cowes for them to even make an effort. See less

Ordered a sweet and sour pork with fried rice dinner box over the phone with a side of pawn crackers. Absolutely phenomenal quality meal, perfect sized portions (if anything a little bigger then needed). Staff where very kind and the customer service was outstanding. An absolute must being one of my highest rated Chinese restaurants. See less

The Food was amazing & so tasty. It’s by far the best Asian cuisine I’ve ever had. The service was good & quick. The portion sizes in the banquet were quite small that’s my only negative so maybe they could make them bigger serves especially when there’s a group of five adults. See less

We came here after being recommended by a staff member at the local Coles. We wanted to get takeaway and could not fault the meal at all. The food was extremely good. We ordered special fried rice, Singapore noodles, chicken with spring onion and ginger, orange chicken, seafood omelette, sweet and sour pork, prawn crackers. The chilli oil on the side was also great with the rice. Staff were very friendly and helpful with ordering. Will highly recommend and will be back. See less

We have been going to Wing Ho for quite a while now, bringing my friends and always enjoyed the food and the hospitality. Tonight however we were VERY disappointed.We have always had the banquet and always changed up a couple of the dishes We have always paid the extra anywhere from +$8 to +$16 dollar's.Tonight for some reason after once again confering with the chef as to if we can change our meals we were told we have to pay for a full extra meal. I explained how we are always happy to pay extra but not for an extra meal as it would not be eaten. We were told that was the decision and no negotiating at all. I explained how we have always paid the extra but never got another full meal as this meant that there would be a meal that wouldn't be eaten.Still told had to pay for an extra meal. We then decided that we would not have a banquet and that would just order a basic meal each and then I said it would be the last time we would visit We would not come back and was told that's fine ,don't come back then. So much for trying to keep customers happy.I was so disappointed and if it was only my husband and I then we would of got up and left but because we had friends with us we did reluctantly stay Also there was a time that my hubby had a full lipstick mark on his glass which we had just filled with wine,when I brought this to her attention she quickly took the glass, apologized and brought a clean glass back but as it is also BYO didn't bother to refill it.So NOT HAPPY. Rode our bikes all over to find a family friendly decent food experience. So glad we settled on Wing Ho. Service was friendly and accommodating (especially with our two young boys). We ordered the usual suspects including Lemon Chicken, flat noodles with vegetables & the BM3 dish with ginger. We drank the Seabrook aged Riesling, it was superb with our meal. We booked ahead with friends for an evening dinner. Their food was divine. Perfectly cooked and full of flavour, very tasty and filling. Spacious dining area with warm atmosphere, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I recommend Wing Ho to all lovers of Chinese cuisine. See less

Visited on Chinese NYE so very busy. Had at least 2 new Staff on in training. We were served quickly & accurately especially noting one young man as very efficient with great people skills. He lloked about 16 but said only 14 and really loved his job. A great asset to the business. Food was hot,tasty and fresh so we really enjoyed it. Bill was $50.50 for two people main meals with fried rice. Extensive menu including about 5 different types of fried rice plus a steamed rice. Also had 5 different Chinese teas and 5 normal teas. Coffee, alcohol and soft drinks offered. Free cold water bought to table without asking. Clean toilets. Efficient bill paying no need to tell table number as they knew. The bill was ready and printed before you approached the cash register. They accept efpos,credit cards and most importantly cash is king. Efpos is a minimum of $20. Great place to visit if you are on the Island for The Island Classic, Superbikes or MotoGP. See less
