No stars!!! My partner and I had wok it ip tonight - half way through eating we realised there was a cooked GARDEN SNAIL in the food we had been eating! Called the restaurant, who somehow found it FUNNY. They laughed and snickered while we were waiting “on hold” and then told us ‘must have not washed the lettuce properly.’ They offered no apology either, not even a simple “I’m sorry for your experience” nothing. Popped in for a quick lunch and wasn't disappointed. My meal was cooked far faster than expected, I'd only just sat down when I was called to collect. Delicious noodles and they remained hot all the way down to the bottom of the cardboard box. I will definitely be going there again. See less

I ordered Veggie build your own box, I am a vegan person and they added beef in my bowl. When I got home I tried to call them 10 times, they didn’t answer at all. Couldn’t eat anything. See less

Usually ok, but I don't think I'm ever going back. I understand that they're super busy at times, but an online order that wasn't ready for almost 15 minutes after stated time was frustrating, only then to find the order was incorrectly filled once I'd gotten home. Tried to call to see if it could be rectified somehow, but no answer. The chilli combo box was disappointingly not as spicy as it has been in the past. See less

I went wok it phillip about 20:45 and, as always not everybody only one person takes your order who speaks English. Everybody just start calling girl who takes order in native language. She refuse to take my order at 20:45 saying we are close and don’t take anymore order. Food is great no doubt about that. See less

I usually love ordering from them, but they must have changed management. For $13 I ended up with 3/4 noodles, 3 prawns and a couple of bits of veggies. Not impressed. See less

The last 2 times I’ve been here have been terrible. Both times I’ve sat waiting for my food while (unknowingly) it has been sitting, ready, and no one has called it out - about 15 minutes each time. The staff ignored me while they chatted with each other when I was waiting at the counter to ask about my order. While there are a lot of staff it seems like only one person can take orders and hand out orders. The noodle/rice boxes were ok, but the sides were dry and bland. I’m sick of their appalling customer service and, even though this is close to my work, from now on I will go out of my way to go to Slow Noodle Fast for much better service and food. See less

I went here the other night and it was good service but I'm sister had a allergic reaction when we were eating and I was so angry because she got a satay chicken ( my sister is allergic to seafood) and I'm 100% sure that satay chicken does not contain seafood. She had to be rushed to the hospital 😡😡😡😡 the only conclusion I could come to is they don't wash the woks properly after making meals. I have worked in hospitality before and I know the everything has to be wash properly to avoid situations like this😡😡 See less
