4 staff and too lazy to answer the phone for phone orders. Asked what their phone number was and they had no idea. I almost think they avoid phone orders so people make orders at marked up prices on menu log etc. See less

Used to order from gungahlin wokitup but this time Ordered fried rice from Amaroo, rice is completely dry and not properly cooked. I think it was Indian rice. I Called the store, first person said had a different cook today and then was passed to a lady(May be owner or manager I would say). She said every wokitup is different and they use different ingredients. So totally not worth it for $14 spend. Won’t visit Wokitup Amaroo again. See less

Had an absolutely delicious meal (Chilli crab and 2 spag bols). Plenty of meat and flavor in all the dishes (and if my kids give a meal 5 stars, then you're on to something good) And as usual kind and courteous staff. We'll be back this weekend!!! See less

I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service I have received by the staff (including the manager) at the Amaroo Wok it Up. If you want quality food worth your pending then DO NOT go to this store. My order was extremely tasteless despite paying extra for veggies. I called up the manager and he stated that I was lying and that he believed customers have no right to complain about the food. In years of working in hospitality myself I have never experienced such rude, disrespectful and unprofessional communication between a customer and manager. See less

Worst customer service i have ever had - ordered 2 boxes and got home and they were tasteless. Call the store and advised them with the issues and they refused to do anything about it and practically said i am lying. Don’t waste your money and this is not the first time - WOERST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! See less

The restaurant is cleaner and tidier than the other one in Gungahlin. However, the food taste isn’t always the same for some reasons. When I ordered Laksa Noodle Soup at the first time, it was extremely delicious but it was very salty at the second time. Same to Nasi Goreng Fried Rice, it’s sometimes tasty, sometimes fine and sometimes tasteless. Probably, the quality of the food depends on the cook’s mood 🤔 See less

Really bad customer service. had to wait for more than 30min after ordering. they just kept the food aside and did not call the number. after i went as asked they just gave me the food, which was not hot as they cooked 30 min ago and just kept it. please note that customers are paying money for this. so give them quality food on time. lazy bunch of people. never go there again. Ordered two vegetarian boxes today and was VERY disappointed that they both consisted mainly out of noodles and barely had any vegetables in them. One had tofu which was also very dry and chewy. I’ve eaten here before and have never come across this problem however I will reconsider visiting this store if this is how they will continue to do their portions. See less

Burnt too many times! Have ordered from Wokitup! a few times. Rice is smoky and veggies pretty much burnt. Leaves not very nice taste in your mouth, not recommended and probably won't go back again. See less
