I ordered online and it said my order will be ready for collection at 5.29 on. I arrived at the store around 5.25 to wait for my order. There were several people ordering at the counter and when they were finished I enquired when my order will be ready and was told 3 mins. There was no communication from staff that my order was ready and after over 30 mins when the people who ordered at the counter when I arrived had been given their orders I had to ask again when my order was ready and I noticed it was sitting in the Bain Marie. Who knows how long it would of sat there if I didn't ask again. The food was delicious but the customer service needs to improve. See less

Went there last night, Easter Monday, they were extremely busy and short staffed, but the young lady behind the counter, who's name was Emma, did a remarkable job. The food took a long time to be made and there were people constantly entering the shop and ordering food. But Emma did her job with a smile on her face and was honest with all customers. See less

I was here tonight around 8.30 and I was served by the shift supervisor Emma. Even though they were obviously busy with both a rush of customers and closing duties, Emma got through the line very effectively, as well as being cheerful and enthusiastic. My meal came quickly, I left with a smile on my face and when I got home everything was delicious. Really good experience. See less

OMG! Don't usually order from here. Ordered a beef and vegetables with black bean sauce. I know this sauce is saltier than the others but this was sooo salty there couldn't have been that much salt added. The person cooking it must have burnt the sauce! One star for the ingredients because I feel sorry for the primary producers that sold their fresh produce to this franchise. See less

Not sure who the chef was today at around 1pm when I ordered a satay chicken and a Singapore noodles but he was brilliant. I get food from Wok It Up fairly often and today's was absolutely exceptional. Delicious. Thank you . See less

It was problem after problem here tonight for myself and the other customers at the time I was there. I understand how this can happen but I'm confident in my rating as there was no apology for the 30 minute wait on a pretty sad noodle box that I still had to ask if it was ready. From what I could see, there is a clear lack of management behind the counter and I won't be returning for good while if at all. See less

Absolutely rubbish. I ordered mi- goreng Wednesday deal. But really Trust me it was awful burning taste in noodles. Burn Noodles inside the box. Just taste like smoky noodles. Which i think no one would like to have this way. I tried my best to eat that but i am sorry. I live far otherwise i would come and give that back. I just had to throwing it in rubbish. And i will not come back back at least in this branch. And i definitely looking for a attention from the manager. If its like that no body will bother to come here. See less

I am a new customer Wokitup Belconnen. The food is amazing and the customer service is superb. A while back on a Friday night, I got served by a lovely young lady, I believe her name is Lexi, she was very polite and patient with me. Another young lady working that night had a lovely conversation with me while making my box. I think her name was Kaya. Then as I was leaving I couldn't carry all of my boxes to the car, so one of the staff members offered to help me take them to my car, so lovley. I saw her name was Sienna on her hat. I would 100% recommend this place because of the amazing customer service and delicious food. These three girls should get an award for their exceptional manners and service. You should be very proud to have them apart of your team. See less

So it's great that you're offering plant based chicken... not so great when your staff apparently can't tell it apart from the dead bird based chicken. I have double checked my order and the problem was on your end; it is clearly marked "vegetarian box" on Deliveroo. Also not so great that you don't pick up your phone up 5 minutes after closing or have a way to leave voice-mail. Looking forward to my Friday night of trying to induce vomiting! See less

Went in to the Wok it Up Belconnen for dinner. We were served by a lovely young man named William. He offered to help my partner (who is an amputee and was on crutches) carry our meals and drinks and also clean our table before use. He attended to us numerous times during our meal, despite being very busy. Giving better service than we have received at some 5 star restaurants. You should be very proud to have him as a part of your team. See less
