Friday evening, I waited more 15 minutes to pick up two orders for Uber eats. They had one Indian girl at the counter, and one cooker, on a FRIDAY EVENING, which is like the busiest time of the week and is Uber eats delivery driver most profitable time, 20 minutes is worth $25 to me that they have wasted. The Indian girl at the front told me the wait is 5 minutes, she just let the noodle sit at the counter, she also work extremely slow given how busy the restaurant is. Have you seen how fast people at restaurant works, she is like in slow motion, she obviously don't want to be there given the lack of staff. ONE chef for the busiest night! Cheap owner don't want to hire more staff to save money and make everyone's life hard. Never again, if I see Wok it, I will cancel immediately. See less

They should update the store open and closing time during this lockdown. Google location says the braddon store is open, when I came here it was closed; I saw a crew member inside working, she heard the phone ringing but I had to call twice just to know the open and closing time. Really unprofessional…!! See less

Really, really nice dumplings and won tons. Full of flavour. And great Singapore noodles and Pad Thai with fresh vegetables. We thoroughly enjoyed this food. Good service too. Our first time but we will definately be back. See less

Ordered a pad thai through a delivery service, listed as including chicken and prawns, and paid extra for tofu. The tofu was added, but there was no chicken or prawns in it. It appears they do not read the messages from customers, as I also requested mild spice, but the medium spice box was ticked, and it definitely was not mild. See less

I am not the kind of person to come online and write a review, especially a bad review, but Braddon Wok it Up have given me no option. I LOVE the food from wok it up and order a Laksa amongst other food through them weekly but this is about the 6th or 7th time something has gone wrong with the order and I’m just getting a bit over it. I don’t know how else to ask for a prawn and tofu laksa - either I get a laksa with none of the above or I get a bowl with just tofu and prawn and no noodles or vegetables. I have tried to word it in every way possible but they can’t seem to read the order correctly every single time. I have gone in and told them to there face but they seem to not understand as soon as it’s written. Today was the 4th or 5th time they forgot my spring rolls. As it was through deliveroo they ask you to come and pick it up yourself or have you call deliveroo and ask for a refund - it is YOUR fault for forgetting to give me something I ordered for so YOU can do something about it. It really isn’t hard to check the order, read it, and hand it over for delivery. The first and second time I brushed it off but I’m very over it and won’t be going to this wok it up anymore which is very unfortunate as it is the closest one to my house. See less

One of the worst customer service experiences I have even been privy to. After I came in and carefully highlighted an allergy upon order they are still yet to complete the order 45 minutes later. I have been given two attempts at the order which both contained the ingredient which I am allergic to. There have been several groups of people waiting over 40 minutes and still nothing is ready. Update: total time for three meals 1 hour and 4minutes and one of the meals still contains the ingredient I am allergic to. See less

Simply not good enough. Ordering online, was told it would be ready at a certain time. Arrived 5 minutes after the time specified and the food wasn’t even being cooked, there is no staff who could tell me where my order was, one chef.... for 15+ orders waiting. There were Uber eats drivers waiting to pick up food. When my order was finically given to me, it contained ingredients I has asked to be removed. What if I was allergic to those ingredients? Extremely disappointed with this restaurant because their food is very nice, however customer service really need to be addressed. See less

Been here once on Easter saturday. Good service and prompt preparation of food for those dining in. Pad thai and hot spicy noodles was top notch. Had no problems - quantity was very large. Total price was reasonable by Canberra standards, although expensive by Melbourne and Sydney standards. See less

For me worst experience. Ask for Szechuan noodle with veggies ........ got cold bucket of noodles no seasoning no sauce ....and veggies was just carrots ...and I can count three brocilli .......looks like like doing cost cutting on food to pay stafff ...... I did try to adress issue ....but guy overthere was arguing that I never said any sauce ...... well I would say it’s worst customer service at Braddon ..... I think Queanbeyan store has got really good customer service ......and food is lip smacking . ..... but really disappointed and kill my hunger with disappointment and arguments ..... See less

I come here regularly :) Always love the food. It's made fresh to order and is hot, usually always pretty fast to make. It's tasty and the staff have always been lovely. The only issue I have encountered whilst eating here (a very small issue!), is when me and my dad get meals, sometimes the spring rolls are put into one holder when theyre supposed to be seperate, and we are only given one sauce which isn't enough, but it only seems to be one person in particular that does this to us. But that's all, love this wok it up :) See less

Avoid this place! We went there on a Monday afternoon (4pm) intending to order their small wok box meal, but was told it was only available Monday to Friday (perplexed look), it was a public holiday Monday but no where on the advertised special was there an exclusion for public holidays. Paid the surcharge on top of our meal and waited 20 minutes to see 3 people who ordered after us get served first. On the flip side though, their spring rolls made my hand look huge! See less

Food arrived after 2 phone calls, after almost 2 hours (almost 1 hour later than the original, and they admitted it had been in the car, on the hottest day of the year, for that whole time). Had to reject for food safety and get it refunded through menulog. Super disappointed. See less
