The lady at the front counter this afternoon (10/7/21) had very poor customer service- she was rude and unpleasant to deal with. The food was tasty, but this young lady needs training in customer service! Otherwise this business will go down hill See less

I stopped visiting this store in 2018 since my last two visits had me waiting 40 minutes and 25 minutes for my meal even though the place didn't seem that busy (I worked out most people got their tickets and left the store then came back to pickup). After waiting patiently for 20 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and was told 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes I ask again to be told they were cooking it now but this was not the case. It then took another 20 minutes to finally get my meal (40 minutes total after ordering) which made me late. I think every time I visited over the years there was one less piece of meat in the meal, also prices have increased and is now quite expensive for box of 95% noodles. See less

Great vegan options including cocktails and delicious food. The Impossible Burger was just that, great but I couldn't finish it. Great courtyard at the back. Not the cheapest place but worth it. See less
