One of my favourite places. Have been going there for years. The service been excellent with very friendly staff who cares, listens and always been flexible with my orders.Today had the worst experience. The man who served me was extremely rude and ill mannered. He kept on saying I'm the boss here and I will not serve the way my other staff served you before, you can go if you don’t like. He has no customer service skills no manners and have behavioural issues. He was even handling the food very badly, half of the vegetables were coming out off the bowl..extremely unprofessional and very bad customer service 😠😡. Very very unhappy 😒 and disappointed. Messed up our orders two weeks in a row. The girl at the front counter either doesn't listen or she puts the wrong boxes in the bag from someone else's order. It's so noisy in there, she probably can't hear us anyway. Not helped by the Menulog guys who insist on standing right behind you, shouting loudly into their phones. Why aren't they asked to stand outside? The Belconnen store is so much better, so, in future, I'll be steering clear of Kippax and going there instead. See less

love their food and how consistent they are with the taste. We travel from gungahlin at least twice a month for a take away from Kippax branch. No other branch honestly makes it up to this level in our family's opinion. A big fan of their spicy Singapore noodles!! See less
