I got a combination roll, asked for chilli & 3 chicken wings should be $10.80, they charged me $11. the roll had no chilli & didn't really put much soy sauce on it, was very dry. I was there, waiting for 5 mins, man chef spoke in his language, saying I was there, girl did come out, had to wait 3 more mins, then she came out, because I rang the bell, over charged, roll was dry, chicken wings was hard, over cooked. next time will drive by, & get it somewhere else See less

Quick and good bowl of pho, a bit on the saltier side with less flavour in the broth....flavour more from salt etc rather than bone broth. But for $12, can’t complain. They have a rather large menu a very fast food restaurant, will come back and try other good Grilled chicken Goi salad ended up being a bun salad with lemongrass chicken - didn’t have the smoky grilled chicken flavour and chicken was hard and shredded. Vermicelli felt like it had been cooked but kept in fridge overnight and was very hard, not recommended. See less

I got a roast pork noodle rice bowl. The noodles were hard and raw and the pork was very tough, very dry, and hard to chew, like it had been sitting in a fridge for several days. Won't come back and will tell others to avoid. It's a shame as it used to be good. See less

Working in the area and this by far is my number 1 spot to enjoy incredibly tasty, fresh Vietnamese Cuisine. I have literally tried every thing on the menu and nothing disappoints, from the classic Combo Banh Mi, or Wok with Hokkien Noodles, Sweet n Sour Pork, Beef Noodle Pho and even right down to Grandmas Rice. Staff are wonderful, service is amazing and fast especially considering how many people I see come through each day. See less

I've eaten here a few times and the food is decent. Service is average... Until this morning at 8.45am, (45min after opening time) where the service went to... Well... Below average...Was looking for a coffee, so when I saw the barista machine I went on in. No one was there. So I called out and got no response. Tried again. Nothing. Then saw the bell and rang that. "WHAT! I heard growled from the back of the kitchen. A lady then, with a forced smile, appeared at the kitchen doorway "What do you want?". Smiling back at this annoyed lady I told her I just wanted a coffee. "Throwing her hands in the air she simply said. "I don't know how!" I said "Sorry" thinking I had misunderstood. But got "I don't know how" again before she walked back into the kitchen leaving me standing there. No someone will be here soon who can... Just walked away leaving me just standing there. See less

Bad customer service. I ordered a meal with drink, when the food was served i didnt get the drink so i went to the counter and tried to get the lady's attention, she saw me but just ignored me so i asked someone else if i should just get the drink from the fridge myself and he said yes, so i went and took it. As i sat back, the lady i tried to get attention from approached me and asked "are you going to pay for the drink? Coz you didnt pay for the drink". I felt so attacked! So i just shown her the details from my bank account that i paid for the drink since i didnt get the receipt. I got so embarrassed. And the food was just ok. Mehhh 🐐 See less

If there was 0 that what I would score this place. They have the worst customer service I have ever received. At least there are other even better eateries next to them. I hear their customer service can be rude well I experienced it myself today, very condescending and arrogant staff. Their roll was even stale! See less
