Delicious burger and chips from here the other night, also got strawberry shake to top it off. Good service and not too loud, burger was delicious as were fries. Been there very few times, foods are so amazing and what I did like the most is the great service. Don't know the name of that girl but she's a very hard worker. She will find you a spot for dinning in even though it looks full, it's very impressive. See less

The staffs were super friendly. We went there last night. The girl who worked at the till were super helpful and answered all our queries politely. She also recommended few options. She is definitely an asset to the restaurant. This was our first time and we will surely come back soon to try their scrumptious foods. See less

Hoping for a decent lunch with my wife for my birthday, however left disappointed. Instead the food was dry and overcooked. The beer didn't taste like what I ordered. The only good thing was the sashimi. If you want pizza and Burgers walk the extra distance. There is better dumplings and Asian in Braddon. See less

Hosted my nieces 18th birthday here and the staff were just as outstanding as the food. I honestly don’t know what was better! So kind, helpful and patient with our party of 40 on a busy Saturday evening. The food was to die for and was so quickly prepared and served even though there was a full house in the restaurant. Views of the bustling city life was perfect for the summer night dining on the balcony. Would highly recommend if you love variety and professionalism in a smart and casual yet classy setting. ✨❤️ See less

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Me and 4 of my friends went there for lunch and we had the worst experience ever. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and we’re very unfriendly. 2 of my friends ordered classic cheeseburgers. When they took a bite of their burger it was so spicy they couldn’t eat it. (Note: on the menu there was no indication that it was spicy) I told the staff member and she insisted that it was “regular mustard” all 5 of us tried the sauce, IT WAS NOT REGULAR MUSTARD. Anyway I told her that we wanted another burger without the sauce, and she said she would charge us for another burger. We then complained about being charged as my friend only ate 1 bite of her burger. She ended up not charging us but said next time she would! We ordered the edamame with salt. Which came out for chicken salt. There was 1 meal that my friend ate and that was the poke bowl. I didn’t order anything Because nothing looked appealing. I’m so glad I did. The price we paid for our meal was so unreasonable for the quality of service and food. Never going back again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wants good food. Ordered a burger and fries to discover that the wooden platter which the food was served on, had a black like mould growing on it. When I addressed this with the person at the register, they played dumb, and this continued when I asked them to bring the wooden platter out. When this finally occurred, they attempted to keep the item on what they thought was the mould down side. Embarrassingly for them, both sides had this issue. They attempted to resolve this issue by offering the meal free of charge. This seems to be a consistent problem with many of these types of owners. As if no charge fixes a hygiene issue, which could make someone very sick. I will be reporting this matter to ACT Health. See less

We had a 21st birthday party a few days ago and were absolutely blown away by the kindness and organisation of all the staff present. Special thanks to Lara and Sasha. Went here for dinner the other night. Service was alright, they did their job and took or orders but didn’t do more than that. No personal touch or explaining the menu but they were quick responding and efficient. Most of us had cocktails and we were happy with or drinks. The location and the view from the balcony was very nice and we got a very nice table and even if we were less people showing up than expected they were friendly and understanding. The biggest disappointment was probably the food. The fries were probably top 3 worst I ever had. A combination of “eatable” ones mixed with what tasted like frozen store bought ones that been thawed on the counter for 20 minutes. Burgers were nothing special, highlight of my meal was the wasabi aioli. Overall a nice evening but fair bit of improvements could be done on the food. We could have let the waiter know trough service instead of in the end of the night but sometimes you can’t be bothered after a long day so you just smile and nod. Someone said it was Japanese American fusion which was more confusing than exciting. See less

I mean so far it’s 8:45pm…we arrived here at 7:45 and our food is yet to arrive. Can’t review the food yet because it’s not here 😂. There’s about 5 people upstairs where we are and they all have food….stay tuned for part2! Part 2…we got our food! Food was average, we got the Canberra sunset and the vegan burger. Had to ask for our own cutlery, water and napkins but I guess that added to the charm? To be honest if you’re gonna go here, just walk the literal 100 metres down the road and go to: - grease monkey -civic -bamiyan -lazy sue (can’t recommend enough!) -yat bun tong And so on! See less
