Had an enjoyable lunch. Dumplings were good. So were the other dishes. Service was friendly and efficient. Happy to visit again in future. See less

Not the best. We ordered the dry noodles with sauce, it tasted like salty saucy noodles, I couldn't finish it, and vegetarian dumplings which were rubbery, and fried bean curd which was nicely fried. The steamed rice so dry and clumped together, was not good at all. The restaurant also echoey, so it was hard to talk to my friend, even though we were sitting right in front of each other. I don't think I'll revisit anytime soon. See less

Nice restaurant. Hot and sour soup had strong flavour of vinegar (I didn’t like it). Rest of the foods were decent. Fast service. See less

Service was ok if they knew what dishes they were bringing out? We eventually received our food with the mains before entree?? The food tasted good but nearly finishing our meals and we found a bug!!! I will not recommend or return to this place which is disappointing because the food tasted good! See less

What I liked: - Their food was less salty and oily than before which I appreciate - If not for the below I would've given them a 3.5 for decent food. What I didn't like...at all - SERVICE. We ordered plain rice, reminded them 3 times and we finally gave up. They also forgot 1 dish which we cancelled. - I had booking however, we had to wait 10 minutes and for them to rearrange tables, one of them had customers who were already eating... I appreciate them trying to accommodate but I felt pretty awkward... Tip - Do not go there when they are busy as their service goes down. Although the staff were nice, they forgot our dishes and didn't have our booked table ready. See less

Decent place for a casual Chinese meal. The dumplings are great and the meals come out pretty quick. See less

This Chinese restaurant is one of best in Canberra so far. Pretty clean, professional staffs, and most importantly delicious food!! During an Easter long weekend, there was a holiday special charge $3 per person(adults for my case) and pretty crowded with a number of hungry patrons. Wasabi Beef steak and Eggplant dishes were a bit salty but good combination with steamed rice recommended by one of staffs. Honey friend chicken was tasty as well See less

Stick to the dumplings, both steamed and pan-fried. They are really good. The rest of the dishes we ordered were fine but nothing special that you can’t find at any standard Chinese restaurant. See less

Great Chinese food in Canberra and probably the best here so far. It is a bit below Sydney quality and price but the food is still worth trying out. I recommend getting the fried rice if you're after a good meal to share. My personal favourite is the wonton in chilli oil and sesame sauce if you're after something a bit more exotic in taste. Staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is somewhat relaxing. We also tried the xiao long bao but they didn't have as much liquid as we hoped and they were more doughy than the usual ones. Parking might be a bit tough but well worth the walk if you're coming from the car pack in front of Lonsdale st. Will definitely come back to try the other items on the menu See less

This place is super busy so it can get super loud. We got the fried pork bun, soup dumplings and combination chow mein. Overall, place is average. Food took a while to arrive. The buns and dumplings were too doughy but the filling in them was pretty well seasoned. The chow mein was a surprise! The noodles are crispy while still holding the sauce. I’ve had takeaway before and the pan friend dumplings are better. See less

We had their duck pancakes, Shanghai pan fried pork buns and Chinese broccoli with garlic. The duck pancakes were by far the best dish of the night, lots of duck and generous with condiments - extra hoisin was not an issue. I liked how you could use 2-3 pieces of duck per pancake and how there was spring onion with it. The Chinese broccoli with garlic was good too and the Shanghai pan fried pork buns were a little too bread-y for my liking but that may have been because I had too many. I wish they would serve the pork buns in 6s instead of 10. A nice experience - I have been here a few times where we ordered dishes with steamed rice and that was pleasant too. See less

Absolutely loved the dumplings, had a great variety and the flavours were awesome. Plus I enjoyed a spicy beef dish and cold beer to wash it down. Friendly staff and another great contribution to Canberra's food and wine scene. Highly recommended. See less
