Worse experience ever. There’s one Staff needs to be retrained. We had to repeat our orders many times. Asked for a power bowl and got the wrong rice and topping. End up we had to ask another experienced staff to redo our meal. Arrived home and found out my beef burrito 🌯 had no beef. Also, the portion of the food today was the smallest ever. We paid extra for Guacamole and the way that staff put in just blew my mind… so stingy. We will never come back again. See less

Ordered from there, pork bowl with extra rice, extra beans. Simple right? Except they just put a lump of sour cream, hand ful of cheeze some meat, corn and put sauce over it. This isnt the first time they have been useless and I promise you it wont be the last. See less

Generally the staff are quite friendly and the portioning is generous. Today I got the smallest iq burrito I’ve ever had, and an unpleasant lecture about the economics of cauliflower and beans. I’ll probably go to the location in Woden if I see the same staff members on again. See less

2 parts to this story. Several months ago I ordered a burrito and I noticed a staff member was not wearing an apron while making my order. The food on the plate was brushing on his hoodie sweater constantly making contact, the sauces/juices was staining it even. Very unsanitary. I pointed this out and they offered to start a new order for me. I made a complaint later on the restaurants FB messenger, my message was ‘seen’ however no reply. Fast forward to today and I walked in to see if their hygiene practices have changed so I’d order another burrito. The same staff member was working there without an apron and food stains on his sweater was once again apparent. Grossed out I walk right out of there and ordered from Kingsley across the road instead. See less

Absolutely the last time I ever set foot in this store, it's the worst Zambrero in Canberra. Useless staff couldn't remember what meat I asked for despote asking me three times and still put in the wrong meat. Salsa ingredients were all wilted and starting to rot. There is always something lacking at this store but today they hit the "incompetent trifecta". Inedible, incompetent and unclean do not enter this store. See less

I ordered beef nachos but ended up with nacho soup. If I was to eat this mess I would of needed a spoon. I think the staff members of Weston Creek Zambrero need pictures of the menu items visible to them so they have an idea of correct ingredient portioning as this was unacceptable. See less

Ordered a burrito and as she was carrying it over to the bench to wrap it up she dropped it on the bench and half the fillings came out. And she scooped them up with her hands and placed it back in the burrito, I asked if she could make another one due to the fact that the fillings have touched a not so clean looking bench. And when I asked she had a very impatient tone, won’t be returning :) See less

Poorly made burritos with missing fillings that cost us extra and whole items missing from our order. This is a consistent problem we have experienced with this Zambero, and we keep giving second chances with poor results. Needless to say, no more chances and we will not be returning customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. How hard is it to get an order right? I’ve worked in hospitality and I’m pretty patient but EVERY time I’ve ordered from this place they have messed it up. Nachos missing from our orders, items we paid extra for missing from burritos, not bothering to close the bottom of the burritos? We called menu log but at the end of the day it’s whoever’s packing the orders responsibly to ensure everything is in the bag. We’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt but have once again been disappointed. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again. See less

I am a usual at the store and a big fan of the food however I went in to the store (9th May at around 7pm) and ordered a chicken bowl as usual. I was not impressed by the amount of food I was given. My bowl had hardly any rice or meat in it. The sides of the bowl were basically bare. I was also given little to no guac and I am not satisfied as I paid $13.90. Very disappointed as I usually love this store, however the service on this day was not as good as usual. See less
