I have ordered twice through delivery apps, and both times in a row i have come when the app said it was ready and they hadn't even started making it yet. The second time it was reasonably busy so i can understand, but the first time the didn't have any customers. Nothing to complain about with the food itself, and in their defence they are always timely when i do ask them to pick it up, but it's a little annoying to have to wait after i have ordered in advance and already waited 20+ mins until it said it'd be ready. Love Zambreros and the idea behind the company, however as a regular customer at this specific store I have been extremely disappointed with the service received on several occasions. Tonight in particular, the store had run out of beans, guacamole and lime so I asked for extra meat on my burrito to compensate the missing beans. I was told this cannot be done and I would be charged the extra $4, even though one of the main ingredients is missing. Quite disappointing, as I have been compensated at other stores previously for this exact issue. See less

Customer service is extremely poor in Belconnen Zamberro. There is a 15 percent surcharge on public holiday and when I said it's too much the staff said "take it or leave it". By the way they gave us the wrong order. See less

Food tastes fine. Ordered delivery and I swear the burritos are half the size as when I ordered there a year ago. I remember not being able to finish my burrito. The chip portion for 2.50 is laughable. Again, everything tastes fine but really not worth your money. Guzman y Gomez is better value and better food if you want fast Mexican food. Really disappointed that I finished my 20 dollar dinner and I'm still kinda hungry. See less

Great food at fair prices, service was good too. Nowhere to sit at 8pm because all the chairs had been packed up already. Not sure if they were packing up super early or if that's part of their COVID precautions. It was raining outside so we had to eat in the car which was less than ideal with such messy food. See less

It's quite busy and packed during lunch time also the bowls seemed like it had gotten smaller. But the food quality and taste are still nice 😋 will try again but wish there were more meal deals sometimes. See less
